Yes thank you Dr A. You explained it well. It now appears that I spliced 100.000 of my one third of a penny PHE shares. But unfortunately not just to return my total PHE investment capital. But to be able to live on the profits. And as a retired gentleman of leisure covering the loss of dividends that my Isa shares have been stopped from paying out.
Wise words BlueToff, I couldn't agree more
Beware. In the land of the blind the one-eyed man is king. Decide on your own strategy, listen to all, believe none. One man's meat is another man's poison. What may work for one may not work for you. Trust only yourself.
Dr A being a novice to trading terminology. What does the term sliced them up to mean. Many thanks
Thanks for your answer Dr A. It must be nice to have that kind of money to put into speculative shares! That's already considered a lot of money by me and my peers. If it takes off though, you will be extremely wealthy! Thanks for the information - I have already invested a bit into PHE and will also buy some EQT. EQT is less than a penny, while AFC seems positively expensive at 35 pence in comparison! Previously I was buying TESLA for hundreds of pounds a share whenever possible - it's funny how the relative mindset can change so drastically!
Dr A , i'd not heard of NCYT before. Their share price rocketing has been nuts this year. What happened there? Did you have any of their shares? That makes the TESLA rise look pretty tame. I had no idea such things were possible. People must have got rich from that one...
Dr.A. Thank you for your post. Yes, I sold down a few PHE shares yesterday and added to EQT. I have held AFC for 11 years and had hoped back in 2010 that the green sector would be prominent but it was a little too early. However, I have a keen interest in all the tech and agree with you re-sentiment driving AIM. AFC have suffered for many years with bad sentiment. That is now changing more positively and driving the value up and hopefully closing the disparity gap for AFC.
I hope we all do well from the sector. I believe it will help create jobs and drive the economy to recovery over the next decade leaving a good legacy for my kids and a cleaner world to live in.
Hello Mr. Dr., sorry that I write on german, but my English is not so good and with the translator it did not work. I have been reading with you for a long time and am a fan of you and PHE, thanks to all for the shared information which are very useful. There are also more and more fans of PHE in the German-speaking countries who are enthusiastic and also think that when the 1st plant is standing and in production PHE will go its way and we will have a lot of fun. The SP often has nothing to do with the value of the company, so I believe that when the hype around the whole topic jumps on PHE the SP rises much faster than we think, good luck for all of us and please stay healthy and keep distance, greetings from Upper Carinthia in Austria.
Hallo Hr.
In response to the revenue , I don’t think the margin would be as low as 20% , to start with most revenue will be for leases , this will have a much higher margin surely. 100 units x £500k a year , how much profit would this generate ?
Just had a check , there was at share offering in November 2012 at 1p on CWR (10p equivalent after consolidation) , the company had almost looked like it was game over a few months before.Their change of strategy saved the day , rather than going it alone they brought in partners ,not too different from PHEs strategy.
Oh Bananaman, quite possibly , it was a long time ago , I thought they were around a penny then consolidated to 10p, I am getting old.
If you want to estimate the future SP you need to consider revenue and market peer value. For PHE to hit £1 they would have to have significant revenue and be very profitable. With somewhere near 4bn shares in issue, £1 per share would give PHE a £4bn MCap. What net profit per annum would PHE have to achieve or even likely to achieve to hit that value? Even using a PE of 20, PHE would have to clear £200m per year. At 20% Margin means revenues of £1bn per annum. Is that not a lot of licenced sites ?
Flow77. Your 10p CWR shares, were they subject to a 10 for 1 consolidation ? I can remember in 2010 when investing in AFC that CWR had a similar share price but quite a few shares in issue. Years later they consolidated. Would that not make your 10p share actually a 100p. Not taking anything away from that rise as 100p to 900p is still massive rise.
Real returns are made on finding promising stocks , getting in early , and holding patiently through the ups and downs that pretty much all companies experience.
As a very long term holder of Ceres Power it’s was hard to imagine that the small amount of shares I bought at 10p as part of a share offering would become worth almost £9 each. If all goes well here PHE could also become a £1.5 billion company , in a similar time frame.
In regards to a few comments about Dave Ryan being “squeezed out” , why on earth would the company want to get rid of the data man. His knowledge is so valuable and I would be more worried about another company trying to employ him. Giving up the CEO role I guess will allow him to travel abroad and spend more time with customers as they sign up/build the units.
Lastly taking the company private , what would be the point of that , it’s easier to raise cash if required for a listed company as the accounts tend to come under more scrutiny. As long as the units are rolled out like expected , all shareholders will do extremely well. Looking forward to the next few years here.
I reckon hitting the pound mark is more than possible. Its just a question of how far reaching the tech gets and in how much time. Even 70 sites in the U.K. is very promising! I reckon in 5 years time we might be looking at £ sp rather than pennies... but let’s see what happens with the competition in this field and how quickly it develops. If phe can monopolise the market for plastics rapidly they’re onto an absolute winner imo
Hi you seem to have a good foundation of knowledge re phe,. Do you think we have the potential to get to a third of ITM,s sp ?
