Kent wins contact for HyNet blue hydrogen project

I for one appreciate your comments keep it up.
For those who are looking for an alternative and want end to end security. I would suggest "Signal". It's available in most APP stores. :o)
There’s no compulsion to do anything, you are all welcome to continue in this badly moderated forum as much as you want. Personally I have reached my limit of acceptability and it’s. Shame now that half my feed seems to be filtered.
(unfortunately) #mjallen is correct..
Telegram is compromised due to the affiliation of it's creator with the World Economic Forum in precisely the same way as Zuckerberg and Farcebook

My thought with the telegram platform is… It would be a shame if any genuine investors miss out on any good factual gossip who are only just searching the company. I say that because I must have spent probably 12 months checking in on here before I even registered and this was the first ‘open’ chat I looked at!
Doc, I know and thank you for the link to the Telegram messenger site.
However, I have removed it from all my devices and suggest that all other investors do the same. This is without prejudice to anyone. Its just as, part of my career has, involved me in internet security to a higher level than normally available to the public. The following is whats available in the public domain. So, you all have to make your own choices.
Pavel Durov
Pavel Durov, 37, is the founder and owner of messaging app Telegram. The billionaire has been called the "Mark Zuckerberg of Russia." of $15.1 billion, per Forbes. The tech entrepreneur cofounded encrypted-messaging service Telegram with his brother Nikolai in 2013.28 Mar 2022
However, just because Telegram has a more trustworthy reputation than WhatsApp, that doesn't mean your messages are automatically protected. End-to-end encryption is crucial to keeping your messages private and this is a level of protection that Telegram only offers in specific areas of its app.26 Jan 2022
While all Telegram messages are encrypted, they're only encrypted while in transit from your device to Telegram's servers. Once your data arrives on Telegram servers, it's decrypted and could be seen by Telegram. This is why end-to-end encryption is so important.18 Mar 2022

That doesn't mean that Russian hackers under the orders from Putrid would leave UK users alone.
As I said all totally your choices.

Agree Chris and it's why I am posting less - open invite though if anyone wants to join the Telegram channel, at least it's moderated.
Thanks lSE
I don't mind constructive criticism of the company (Have done some myself ) but the constant hatred towards this board and company had stopped me posting
Would appreciate some news from the company , but the gentle rises (mostly ) the last few days , says the shares are being purchased steadily.
Onwards and upwards from rock bottom levels
Have a lovely weekend everyone.X
Reported and fed up of it !!!
Agreed
Time to report. Three strikes and out !!!
Audible, I would love to know why you have such a major axe to grind with PHE. What's the story?
Now you're really stirring it.
I wonder if Prof Joe Howe owns shares in PHE. If anyone understands the full potential of DMG it ought to be him!

Green Expo 2022 comes to Chester to discuss net zero target
The three day event will arrive in Chester on June 16 with plans to help investors and businesses with their net zero ambitions.
The Green Expo Business Conference at the Riverside Innovation Centre on Thursday 16 to Saturday 18 June will see nationally known speakers tackle topics on each of the UK's Climate Response strands, Power, Buildings (& Homes), Industry, Transport, Natural Resources (& Farming), Adaptation & Resilience.
Investors and visiting businesses from outside of the region will also be invited for a personal tour of the Peel NRE facilities at Protos and Plastic Park and at the University of Chester's Thornton Research facilities. This, together with the Welcome and Awards Dinner the night before at Eaton Park, make it a high value flying visit to the green heart of the North West.
Major sponsors include Peel NRE, Encirc, Tatton Group, Grosvenor Estates and the University of Chester. Other notable contributors such as both Cheshire West and Chester and Cheshire East Councils, Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership and Chester BID have provided 'Green Shoot' funding to aid the reduction of emissions. Cheshire West and Chester Council declared a climate emergency in 2019 and has set a carbon neutrality target of 2030 for Cheshire West and Chester and 2045 for the Borough
According to the Green Skills Taskforce 2021 report over 60,500 new jobs will be created in the North West by 2050 to get the UK to net zero and according to Net Zero North West this will sustain up to 650,000 jobs, the largest number of all the UK regions. An afternoon session at the conference will focus on the skills gap and how organisations have overcome this.
Councillor Richard Beacham, Cabinet Member for Inclusive Growth, Economy & Regeneration at Cheshire West and Chester Council said: "Green Expo is about celebrating Cheshire West's journey to becoming a world leader in low carbon energy and technology.
"In the coming years it will bring thousands of new jobs and opportunities to our area, with Chester and Ellesmere Port at the centre of circular economy innovation and the epicentre of the green industrial revolution."
One ongoing project in the region to generate, store and distribute hydrogen as a renewable fuel source is being developed by consortium, Hynet. The company will be delivering an update on the scheme at the event in June, its North West Lead John Egan said: "The Climate crisis that we are facing demands urgent and meaningful changes in how we travel, grow our food, heat our homes and fuel our industry.
"There is no single solution, but instead multiple actions are required. Some of the technologies are new and unfamiliar, and Green Expo will be an opportunity to come and learn."
Project Director for Green Expo Jane Harrad-Roberts said: "Che

Surely the world must wake up to this technology. It will make waste plastic valuable with it being able to power the world’s towns and cities and most importantly it can help clean up our oceans of waste plastic now.

The partnership between Protos and Thornton Science Park is a perfect example of how industry and research & development can work together to tackle climate change. Take Powerhouse Energy. The waste plastic to hydrogen technology was developed at Thornton Science Park, and will now be commercialised by Powerhouse Energy at Protos. It will help to tackle two challenges we’re facing right now: how to deal with waste plastic, and how to fuel the Net Zero future. It will take plastic that has reached the end of its life, and turn it into hydrogen which can be used as a clean fuel for cars, buses and HGVs, helping to improve local air quality.
This partnership means Protos and Powerhouse Energy have access to our rigorous research, and our students have access to world-leading technology. That wouldn’t be possible for most other university students. Working together really does benefit everyone involved. In the future, we could see more university courses where industry and academia work together, attracting people to exciting careers in the Net Zero sector.
