Good spot, so this new add is already in the groove.
https://www.proactis.com/uk/company/news/2019/may/proactis-gbg-accelerated-payments_facility/ just a reminder from 2019 that we have a relationship with this company.
a bit light on detail but sounds like a base is starting to build in germany so thats worth rns if it proves the strategy is working.
todays RNS refers to this as the second customer. had a quick look and cannot see RNS for the first although i could have missed. it.very little detail today ,as opposed to the October one, but this may suggest it is a much more substantial and commercially sensitive win (or it may not).anyway good news.
just seen a red peep
thanks
Last day of November last time I checked and probably after market close.
not entirely sure but aren't the Proactis SA results due tomorrow? happy to be corrected if wrong.
No updates on the company website, no rns on the board appointments or bepayd. Surely we're due some news this week?
Not had voting forms, does it cover voting for BoD members too?
has anybody else received their voting forms , buyers must be loading up?
apologies that should read 500,000
i never know whether to attach much weight to these sort of things but for anyone interested during the lunchtime auction someone put 555,000 shares on the bid at 38.5p.it coincided with the small uptick.
they certainly are.seems likely its Dbay but we may not know for some time as they need 0.87% plus to hit the next reporting threshold, which is actually quite a lot.
If its DBAY they are brilliant at controlling the trades.
£104k just gone through in two trades both at 38.6p. Dbay?
agreed noto.i suspect dbay are exercising as much control as they can at the moment .at about mid-day i tried some dummy sales and could sell my entire holding (a fairly reasonable amount ) without difficulty at 38.35. i could not however get a quote to buy for even very small amounts, down to £3ks worth.i imagine this could carry on for quite some time though.
Yep nice to see it finally touch the 40's! Just need to hold a bit then push through
MM's are twitchy these days, when a bit of buying comes through they put the buy price way beyond the ask to slow any momentum. Can only hold the pressure for so long, couple of bit of decent news and we'll re-rate.
Good to see Slater buy. I can see 60p as possible too but by Christmas at this rate is pushing it a bit unless it starts to move soon.
having pay more now.
will eventually catch up with that Hare!
Has been very slow, but lets see if we can break into the 40's next couple of weeks and start building up to some new highs. Good solid share PHD so don't mind the wait.
i suppose in a way lombard's hands are pretty much tied in the sense of what they can do .they cannot really buy as would be in mandatory bid territory, so presumably just have to sit tight and see what happens.doubt they are in concert with Dbay.
The games are underway!
there you go.increased at 6th nov.this isn't going to stop imo.
