This RNS makes it into my top 10 of amateur RNS releases in regards to wording. We know what they are trying to say but how they word it is horrendous. Whoever wrote this (even if this is the CEO) needs to be sacked.
No body gives a TOSS about their confidence being renewed they need to have bundles of it as standard. This RNS reads “we weren’t sure if we were going to get any sales from N America but luckily we did so we feel a bit better now”
There goes our little blue run.
From RNS
“Whilst conscious that the pandemic continues to impact the pace of our progression, we grow more confident in our assessment that the market opportunity for Proactis in each of the US, France and Germany is as great as it is in the UK and the Netherlands."
So poor.
good news.no real detail so impossible to assess really, but obviously welcome.
in the past years, there was one in February then another one in August
Some information might be leaking and driving sentiment. When is the update?
Could the rise be due to insider knowledge of a rather nice February Trade update?
Stl89 - Hopefully todays rise helps the paint dry a little easier.
This is the most boring share I've owned.
Mind you, FCCN was in the same category until few days ago... Hoping for the same here.
£45k at 47p.?
In at least one release they mentioned that extended virus restrictions could hit them and signing new business. We've had the extended lockdowns and there hasn't been much new information on signings so I guess the update could be impacted and the results too. A reduction in new business newly everywhere but the debt still hangs about.
oh god.no i must have missed it!won't do it again, promise.
You’re not allowed to mention DBAY. Didn’t you get the memo? Lol
Dbay?
The price and volume always move before news hits so not happening here.
Has Unit 4 bought Proactis and we are awaiting an announcement?
There is a seller lurking or any other explanation for the fall from about 48p down and wonder why. Are we missing something
Time for some news to prove there is progress else it slips lower and lower again.
agree with the volume point bunco.we may perhaps get some very delayed trades reported, but on the face of it the volume is barely registrable.
The volume pushing this down is crazy. 2 x 100k plus buys earlier in the week did nothing to lift price, yet a few k here and there has pushed this down 10-15%. Clear manipulation to grab last batch of cheap shares ahead of results I think... Also the usual naysayers were out this week on the other board... Which is a good sign! :-) All just my option however.
The uptrend from early November is still in place.
More bePayd news due and new NED. Some talk of a sale of part of the business too. Something will cause interest and shouldn't be too long.
when*
Where are we gonna see some action here then
Speculating but Dbay heading towards 30% and Lombard another 30%.
Dbay atleast will have a timescale on this to get a return on investment. In the meantime will lap up stock and seems to be a floor of 45p on it at the moment.
If they are planning a full buy out this is cheap buy out. Or are they planning on getting a friendlier board in place.
Agreed - low volume is pushing the price up quite nicely. Rounded buys, so suggests big buyer is trying to buy the limited stock that exists.
