Lewis the company do not know as no firm bid has yet been made. The word 'attractive' means a different thing to every person. Would I find £1 attractive, yes, would someone else no. You can state 'knowledgeable' sources but they have no more idea than us so, as I said it is purely a guess and shouldn't be relied upon. I hope they are right, I have £45K in the game bought at an average of about 0.63p so I really hope a £1 is achieved, anymore would be great.
Had several top ups this week, but it's tempting to bag another few shares before close. We don't know when news will come, what the news will be, but I do know that with the TU we just had the current sp is cheap as.
Only issue with the TU was around the full year revenue, which seems more like an error in previous forecasting than anything, as the previous forecast didn't seem to factor in the effect (although I guess that's hard to do) of the lost business which caused the share price drop in the first place.
"the Board expects that the Group will return to revenue growth for the second half of the financial year resulting in a likely full year outturn of approximately £50.5m for the year ending 31 July 2020 (as compared to the Board's expectations prior to the announcement of the FSP of £53.5m)"
To reach £50.5m for full year would mean £26m for second half of year, which shows significant progress on the £24.5m for first 6 months, about 6% increase. Happy with that progress.
Not everyone... 170k shares (£90k) buy @ 53p just shown up on HL website. Went through about 10:20ish... Someone is very confident as I am.
everyone is cashing out now :D
Not all sells upon review
interesting.a raft of indicative "sells" (one quite large) and ask then moves up.
The company already know, read the end if year accounts. "At a level attractive to shareholders"
The £1 figure wasnt from friends for the record. Different knowledgable sources who have called other stocks well in the past.
Again do with this as you will. It's your money
With respect all those saying that are merely guessing/hoping. The bottom line is that the company are unlikely to know yet so all 'your mates' know diddle squat. Don't get suckered in DYOR
No brainer. Fill ya boots if you can, imho.
Hearing £1 all over the shop. Dyor
