whilst Lufkin situation may have indeed influenced sentiment .....the SFO has not in itself been the sole reason for the rises and falls on the Petrofac share price
Snapper10
Whilst you are writing your post of EVIDENCE ..I wonder if you could include some explanation as to how the share price of Petrofac reached 656p in August 2018 ....DESPITE the SFO costing them so much..as you have indicated ?
Does the SFO investigation cause the "drop of 90% to 99.5p" but have no influence in any rise to 656p ????
Your thesis and findings ...would be much appreciated
Thanks in Advance
Snapper 10 : " Instead its cost them and the PFC shareholders to date 90% of the shares value."
Snapper10
just to ensure we keep everything above board and correct( as I know you like to do and have been an adamant supporter of )
...just drop a quick post giving the EVIDENCE that you have to support that claim....
Thanks in advance

Hi Warthog4 where have you been :-) good post they have to justify there jobs pension no mater what cost to companies that pay tax to the uk government They will kill the source that pays them .
Warthog4
At least somebody is seeing the real picture.
If PFC wanted to close this they could have if they had supported David Lufkin and sorted this out.
Instead its cost them and the PFC shareholders to date 90% of the shares value.
I have stated the SFO are in the driving seat and will continue to along as the "Guilty Plea' is in play and there investigation will continue and grow arms and legs........
Its not Rocket Science and the market can see that too.......
Yep, they are secure in the knowledge that the bean counters at the SFO are hell bent on stringing this out as long as possible and care not a jot if the company goes under. All those who say the SFO has nothing to gain if that happens should consider they have nothing to lose either. There would be a hue and cry lasting about seven days then the teflon coated so and sos would move on to their next victim pausing only to check on their index-linked pension pot.
Shorts increased again yesterday, f-----s wish they all choked on it!
Snapper10 = "Collaboration agreement with no monetary value attached"
PFC= "Company is focused on building a $1bn business in the medium term"
Another shot in the foot by Snapper10! It really is getting very funny!
" Petrofac is expanding its offering in New Energies. "
"The Company is focused on building a $1bn business in the medium-term through the provision of engineering, EPC and O&M services across the CCUS, offshore wind, hydrogen and waste-to-value sectors, as well as its commitment to reducing its Scope 1 and 2 emissions to Net Zero by 2030."
and you Snapper10...
what exactly are you focused on ??
Snapper 10
could your next announcement deliver something intelligent ? ... I wont hold my breathe
"Petrofac will work as a preferred engineering services partner to support CO2 Capsol’s carbon capture opportunities across the UK, Europe and over time, globally. "
"Both parties will bring together their combined expertise and capabilities, with Petrofac providing established engineering and project delivery expertise, and CO2 Capsol providing carbon capture technology."
This is becoming disastrous without any news, soon be heading to year lows at this rate.
Good to see some positive news.
