y11 i have reported you to the police & LSE. Hate crime is a criminal offence but you wouldn't understand that!
I reported his post to the board moderators....suggest you do the same.
You would be entirely justified in reporting to the police as well.
There is no place for racism, sectarianism, homophobia or misogyny anywhere, never mind on a site which is basically for people involved in shares to exchange views and information.
Paddy you’ll never be happy losing money and the advice you give is criminal you should be locked up
Yes of course name calling....that just shows us all the level that you are at....
racism, bigoted and calling into question the intelligence of anyone that calls you out on it bravo to the big brave keyboard warrior Y11-shx
I am now muting you simply because I refuse to waste anymore energy on someone with such a pathetic view of others.
A disgusting ****** troll is y11 with clearly no intelligence as he assumes ethnicity from a name. Disgusting noxious turd!
Umm doesn’t look like it does it fool
Agree fre1
the passage of time will ensure we know whats happening in a weeks time....of course if you have insider information that is a different matter and one perhaps for the authorities....
Y11-shx
I have reported your last comment to Paddyboy1 because it is quite nakedly ******....no place for that type of bigoted comment here or anywhere else.
You should hold your head in shame for holding such views.
Paddy dot you remember that I wouldn’t get a better price.
as usual the drop seems well overdone to me. would expect this to settle over 130 once the bedwetters are done!

"Estimated net proceeds of the Capital Raise receivable by the Company - US$259 million" = £188m
Oops, I forget to take off the £77m fine.
New MCAP £666m, 519m shares in issue = post offer price 128p
MCAP last night £543m, with 346m shares in issue.
MCAP post offer £543m + £200m new cash = £743m with 519m shares in issue.
Fag packet maths gives a post-offer share price circa 143p.
It's fully underwritten - hence the costs ...a whopping $16m
" 49.8% of the New Shares being issued will be available to existing Shareholders through the Open Offer on a pro rata basis."
" Mr Asfari and family have irrevocably committed to subscribe for New Shares in the Capital Raise with an aggregate value of approximately US$38 million." - 23,783,684 New Shares
But its underwritten - and the fundamentals look ok so BUY AND WAIT - and you should be rewarded - Patience is a virtue in this mad frantic world
It's fully underwritten so board will get all the money asked for.
Once the big boys get their fill at 1.15, watch it get taken up to £2
Yes Grey Monk thats my point most investors will be thinking that like hence the board wont get thier 180 million off the shareholders
Some of my best shares have come from taking up Rights issues when they needed capital - Segro Estates in 2009 was probably the best one. I'd think this is worth supporting but I'm not a big holder but will look to top up if i can buy in the market something close to the Rights price
I cant see this right issue being successful to many daytraders and short term holding petrofac they normally dont take up right issues long term investors do your research many right issues turn out bad
For clarification - It's an "Open Offer"..not a "Rights Issue"...Google the difference!
