This is why we need get the news H1 next week: 'This payment may be adjusted up or down depending on whether the average of the lowest ten daily volume weighted average prices of the Ordinary Shares during the relevant month'. If we don't and price will not move then we start loosing the money again and another month wasted. I must admit that knowing the employment tribunal claim case and getting the funding deal depending of the sp Richard made HUGE mistake and the claim was not without the merit. The company then shareholders were hostage for N. Bryant unless follow the other suggestions that Richard and Nick are close friends and they used this way to extract money from the company into their pockets. I doubt in that theory - there is one evidence that their daughters were in close friendship (based on Facebook). This is also unverified - someone just posted that info. few months ago.
The Equity Sharing Agreement The Equity Sharing Agreement provides for a monthly payment to be made by the Syndicate to the Company, being 47,916 for the first 11 months and 47,924 in the twelfth and final month (the "Monthly Payment"). This payment may be adjusted up or down depending on whether the average of the lowest ten daily volume weighted average prices of the Ordinary Shares during the relevant month (the "Monthly Price") is above or below 0.11 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Benchmark Price"). If the Monthly Price is below the Benchmark Price, then the Monthly Payment is reduced based on the following formula: 47,916 - (83,333,333 Ordinary Shares x (Benchmark Price-Market Price)) If the Monthly Price is above the Benchmark Price, then the Monthly Payment is increased based on the following formula: 47,916 + (83,333,333 Ordinary Shares x (Market Price- Benchmark Price) x 0.75) Note: The Monthly Payment and number of Ordinary Shares used in the above calculations will be 47,924 and 83,333,337 respectively in the twelfth and final month.
lol
Why wait with the SP purchase? Ahhh, yes. We wait until US wakes up to let our brothers buy cheap shares. Meantime this will hit .35 or even .4 later afternoon. Solid news will land early next week as we don't have handbrake anymore and for better Riverfort funding RP need to get the sp recovered as much as he can by the Feb. Mon-Wed will change the game here. This is all about the Riverfort funding and timing now! DYOR.
Are a joke and have been reporting previous days close for days now! Closing sp last night was 0.25-0.3p.
Am I right in thinking that they've effectively invested in their own shares as the best use of their money? That's a very confident BOD to do that...
Yea surely the geezer wudnt of gone out of his was to say he can finally tell us which direction the co is gonna go then leave us all hanging like a basket... wud smash his street cred to bits
Mr 14.5k buy obviously thinks this is going places. Let’s see what tomorrow brings, gla
It's a real good opener, has held solid, news will boost, like sam said thinking news next week, build the tension over the weekend
On Google 0.28 GBX Price increase 0.04 (16.25%)
Must just be mine then, the price on this chat showing .24 too. Wonder what the new Riverfort terms will be.
I got the close @ 0.275p Day High: 0.3644p Day Low: 0.2552p Volume: 68602610 Did see it hit .37 though
Motive was to have a pop at the haters, news will come soon enough, good or bad. Did we close flat or LSE playing up?
It's all a bit strange, RP breaks the shackles, passionately declares that he can finally speak, then doesn't? If he has been quiet all this time for a good reason, surely the news bulletin must be prepared? I still have faith, just questioning the motives?
Well no news today! By his own admission now that there is absolutely nothing preventing him updating the market (I assume therefore that AIM rules have changed too?!) I am hoping he has spent the day composing a whopper of an RNS for release tomorrow!
Nice to see the rise hold
To expand a little.... Warrant holders are in a very favourable position (although it may have cost them time, money, effort to reach that position) - the warrants they hold allow them to share the benefits of a company's success with a far less downside than a shareholder. They are entitled to convert their warrants to shares at the agreed price within the agreed duration and the company has to consider that when doing deals, issuing dividends. I don't know how many warrants LC and the board have, but I hope they have a significant number that means they have plenty of "skin in the game" so that they are incentivised to work for the advantage of shareholders (if we win they win too). However, I always find it a little disappointing when 3rd parties are issued warrants (e.g. for arranging loans) that will then allow them to have effectively a "free ride" to take advantage of company growth/windfalls as that will effectively reduce the benefits to regular shareholders like ourselves. Unfortunately, warrants are often the price they demand....
