I invest here and one of the main reasons is that with PALM you get both Panther Metals plc. (Canadian assets) and PNT/Panther Metals Ltd.(36.6% of all Australia assets).....as I posted below!
GLA
Whichever way its a waiting game largely driven by the overall market.
For anyone considering an "entry" look at the quality of the management and make your own decision.
I would invest in Panther Metals Ltd (Australia), I wouldn't touch Panther Metals PLC (Canada) with a barge pole.
What do we see first 4's or 6's SP
Great entry ...lots going on good newsflow expected
Assets to underpin the SP
A diamond in the rough ATM.....
Well position for the up side and happy to be invested...
Current SP is disappointing but its just one of those things....
ATM
-a market cap of £5m
-cash of £1m...to fund the drills
-shares in PNT worth £2.5m
-other investments and interests...awaiting Fulcrum IPO etc.
so not quite a 50/1 I would have thought?
Let’s get to the point,
Darren has failed to live up to his own hype and his own philosophy.
Panther metals is now no different to all the other garbage junior minors.
It’s now hoping to get a win on the roulette wheel to ever make a profit.
Time to sell up, take the loss on the chin and move on.
Dreadful RNS, dreadful leadership, dreadful lack of action in 2022, dreadful dealings in the past 12 months.
The only way Darren wins back any credibility is to freeze his pay and commit to not taking any further funds until the SP gets back over 10p.
Panther is now a 50/1 shot like so many other junior miners.
Pleased to be positioned in Kav and Palm...
Discovery .... for both will transform both companies.
Have a little faith...24 ...36th Months different story.....

Stockbox interview out.
Apparently we should all be excited once we get over the pain of the placing.
Well that very much depends on you finding something Darren or the pain will continue.
I've never been convinced by Darren and have been attacked here for saying so. When Kerim distanced himself from Canada I also voted with my feet.
Good luck guys - I think you'll need a lot of it.
Not rushing out the interviews today. I suspect he will have his flack jacket on when he does appear.
Yep I had the same gut feel at KAV :-/
"'We now sit at a pivot point with multiple permitted drill-ready targets, any one of which could transform the Company and propel us onto the next level.'"
Similar to: "I now sit at a pivot point with multiple lottery tickets in my hand, any one of which could transform me and my family and propel us onto the next level."
We gotta run with it now Guys....
wishing all investors here multiple returns...
I have a gut feeling we will all end up smelling of roses...
Fortune favours the brave....
Have a great day
Darren made a big mistake....but I can't think of any other better option from here.....and yes the "pressure" is on!
Darren says "Fully funded to conduct our campaign we enter the most exciting period in our history"
don't know about "exciting"....more like nerve wrecking"......lol but he also says
(The raised funds affords us the opportunity) .....my summary and...
"We now sit at a pivot point with multiple permitted drill-ready targets, any one of which could transform the Company and propel us onto the next level."
So I've topped up a bit today...still about 20% down....maybe PNT results will get me back up before these ones announced at "Christmas" ?
I get that bitcoinbuyer but the point is he was going to do things different, that is what he stood by and that's why many invested.
If at the first sign of difficulty he caved then what was the point having that mantra in the first place as all he has done now instead of keeping the company well financed when the SP was above 10p he has now been rolled over and been stuck with the warrants as well.
There is massive pressure on now to find something.
We are drilling 5 targets.....
A sniff of a discovery will change the SP trajectory.
Darren has done some good business and I bet this was a hard decision....
Although in the red investment wise I am 100% behind Darren and will be averaging down as I believe the current MC
Does not take account of what is being built here...
You gotta be in it to win it....
ATB
...So we will have
-a market cap of £5m
-cash of £1m...to fund the drills
-shares in PNT worth £2.5m
- an initial cap on the potential of the SP (due to the 5.5p overhang and the 8.5p warrants)...?
Suppose it could be worse....but will the drill programme be big enough @15 x 200m ish holes ? Hope so!
It has to be......IMO Darren belatedly now sees that if he hadn't gone for broke now....he might have had to raise at 4p or less.....and indeed that event had been successful (maybe not)....would have produced even more dilution....or less cash!
If it wasn't for PNT....I would think we would be skimming along the bottom for a while......we need results! GLA!
A shocking statement from the RNS, Basically living beyond their means.
Been bigging it up for ages and then explains he has no money to do any of it
No wonder he said he had investors sat on the side
Sadly no different to other explorers, massive dilution and even now that cash won't last long
In committing to this financing, the Board was left with three options: raise to "keep the lights on"; raise to drill a single target that would likely see us quickly returning to the Market; or raise to embark on one of the most audacious, cost effective, discovery drilling campaigns ever conducted by a Canada-focussed London listed junior. We chose the latter.
I couldn't agree more JP2000. He had set himself apart from the usual junior CEO shenanigans and set his stall out to do things differently but in one fell swoop he has binned all that and aligned himself with everything that is bad with these CEO's.
Should have raised at much higher if this was the plan but I am sure he has been persuaded to change his plan.
Awful price and terms but I suppose the deal just reflects how unloved small cap miners are by the market and how difficult it is to raise funds atm
Abysmal performance from Darren
Placing. And it's a painful one with warrants.
Agree but it has the feel of sorting some financing out as we can't have enough in the pot to do those 5 drills and see the winter through too.
But the good weather drilling window is shortening fast. I guess we will know something pretty soon.
Come on Darren get weaving.
I wish I knew too......would be good to know..however low key....not really bothered with the SP supported by our 36.6% share of PNT....but Darren can only avoid updating us on Panther Canada for so long!
