So he’s been told to tone it down, so that might stop most on here shouting for news all the time, there in talks to sell both , he did say a 1for 1 for Imutex but would prefer cash that will be done by year end, he’s keeping his feet on the ground with an estimate of 100 to 200 mill sale, , I think he’s a bit peed off with what’s been said on these boards so he will from now on just say enough to keep others hanging on, I’ve said a few times let CF and his team do what there good at , were in ORPH to make money and make money we will, GL.
Evening,
One thing I would say about the valuation of 100-200m was that he was asked directly about the value of flu-v of which he replied 100-200m and not the 1billion valuation it was given.
Throw in AGS-v, PrepBio, immune modulator, you soon start adding significant numbers and closer to that 500m that he goes on about selling imutex for.
One key thing here for me is that hes saying that they have investors willing to take the entire remaining acacia stock above the current market price, and once the selling is finished he expects a rerate which he keeps saying about.
Could this buyer whos willing to take the stake help cause the rerate upwards, as he keeps pointing back to what happened to when the last legacy shareholder sold out and we rerated...
Also offering offering a testing package to employers: Antibody, PCR (currently having covid) and also Flu testing to distinguish between people with symptoms carrying that or Covid
Same $hit, different day. No talk of 1 for 1 shares in Imutex anymore, likely selling for 100-200M. No mention of honeyman group using Quotient.
Some update from CF;
Thereabouts now for profitability
Told to tone down number of deals
Prospect pipeline in excess of £160bn
In 4 months OO will be unrecognisable
Seller not gone yet but expecting that to happen in days rather than weeks
Thinks he could sell Imutex now for £100m so OO would get £49m but he wants to wait for £200m by year end
