i quite agree nice & steady
The herd can pi$s off for me. Happy just taking it slow without all the crazy rampers and Boom time squad.
Thanks PeterS23 (and others for their views), that makes a bit more sense. As I say, I'm relatively green and keeping investments modest while I'm still learning, I'd say I'm learning more from this share than any other! But when you keep hearing about 'MM games', when I watched the video I immediately thought "how can CF control the SP to achieve his plan of keeping growth steady".
Thanks all
I don't think they will, the herd are after shares which will give them 100% in a day, this isn't that kind of share. This share attracts savvy investors, the volume of those investors will increase over time which will be reflected in the SP over time but we don't want the bookie shop gamblers which is why CF is keeping a tight control of the reins. top 10 on lse risers board im expecting the herd to arrive soon
It includes the £10M
I think that's included Mike, the cash was in the bank Tuesday,
well, i can sell 50K worth for 27.6. plenty of appetite here...as much as cathal wants a slow rise, i doubt even he can keep this back....40p is fair value right now
Mr Nobody- CF is, and has been one of the most visible and active CEO’s on AIM in the last year, and particularly since Covid reared it’s ugly head. He’s always presented with an extremely positive outlook for the business, and in fairness has delivered on 90% of promises. Last nights presentation was therefore ‘more of the same’ to people who’ve been invested here for a while. The share price has therefore always risen nicely but not spectacularly and therefore expect more of the same, unless/until some “spectacular” news is suddenly dropped by CF e.g. sale of Imutex. DYOR . GLA
He also said he'd just received a cheque for £10 million from HMG, which was the most money he'd ever seen. Does that mean there is now £31m in the bank?
hl playing up nt for minutes now
The cash in bank also explains the non profitable Q3. Looks as though they have spent circa £4M on the CS, which has obviously been a great investment and is now set up for future contracts.
Original message didn't seem to publish so I retyped it, then the original appeared after all...
I'm assuming ORPH would only be paying 49% of the costs of a Nasdaq listing, with SEEK Group paying the remainder as the other shareholder?
I'm assuming ORPH would only be paying 49% of the associated costs of any Nasdaq listing, with SEEK Group paying the remainder as the other shareholder?
I believe it was 21.5m. I think their mcap was down to about 34m if memory serves.
Other point on the "slow& easy" SP strategy. He mentioned reverse takeover into NASDAQ vehicle (& his comment on BIOVANDX). Any musings on this & the cash required? i.e. do we have enough even though we currently have c12m in the bank?
Russky - That road block is a good point. Last night went down well, good cash balance, 40m contract value from UK Gov, good revenue stream coming in, orders of 70 million to be confirmed by the end of they year, Apple/Amazon plus others and the cherry on the cake, data. Data, who knows what revenue that will bring in. Whats not to like! Lot of investors are a bit nervous, bad week for a lot on market so I think it will be slower than what a lot expected. Fireworks will come once the balance sheet starts to look more tasty, then the optimism will drive the SP forward.
I know that Bing, first part was for MR Nobody lol
Russky you got it in one, didnt want to say it myself lol, hes still tied in for just under 2 years so doesnt want the peak in say 8 months time and everyone has jumped out does he, personaly from what i heard the for sale sign will be up before his tie in is up, so im happy the way things are going, GLA.
Wasn't me asking Barsket case
The other reason he does want it to rocket is that he wants optimal value when his tie period crystalises. However, the rate of knots at which good news keeps rolling off the conyeyor belt means that the increase in SP will be quicker than he wants.
I think the broker note was a temporary road block put up.
he explained about the share movement last night MR, Bing you said youve been here since 8p or did you mean a couple of days ago from 8pm lol.
Be careful, J Henry will filter you for asking questions...lol
But how does he have control over the share price? We're already 30% up on yesterday morning. Again, I'm not complaining, I've bought in and much prefer steady growth, but I'm also learning and with other shares I'm watching, this kind of news would cause a big spike, even if only temporary. So I'm trying to understand why it hasnt, to learn and make sure I'm better informed when I see this kind of activity from CEO's
