Meanwhile NT for the last 15 mins LOL :)
I've traveled far and wide and consider the BBC News to be one of the most discriminating channels for balanced reporting..
I've no doubt the government will do all it can to prevent Covid 19 challenge studies, because they will get hijacked by the media and liberals who would do anything to stir up trouble and prevent it from happening like they always do...especially our friends at the Beeb....the looney tunes channel..
Pick which multiple you like in the "( two, three or four) hundred million dollar question?"
Morning
Human challenge studies getting a good airing on BBC Breakfast this morning
I wouldn't have too much faith in the UK Gov redeeming themselves with this. Their testing strategy has been a joke, i don't expect a redemption through backing vaccine trials.
No doubt the UK govt will be doing all it can to approve challenge trials in an effort to redeem its response to the crisis thus far and put a British stamp on the vaccine. Only one company with the experience abd track record to run these trials. No doubt Adrian Wildfire has left his lucrative Swiss billet to make this happen - the three month deadline in purchasing CHIMagents will fit nicely with a big payday for him and his team when (if) the first trials start. And there will be plenty imho, each with big media attention. All pretty extraordinary for an £80m company with multiple other revenue streams and a stage IIb flu vaccine and a holy grail malaria antidote in its back pocket. What will it be worth by Christmas and second waves? Dyor
Idiot441, thanks.
Essential read.
