And just as i wrote the above i notice that Berenburgh have just now moved off the ask at 13.5p? Could this be it?
CF said awhile ago that if he knew about the seller then he had II’s waiting to take them off their hands, i think if those II’s are still around now would be a very good time for CF to give them a call. The static nature of this share is turning people off and is not attracting new investment, there is no SP reaction to contract wins and the daily volume is p*ss weak. Come on CF get your mates in on this or you’ll lose the interest of the market when it should be centre spotlight at present.
Great research deepjoy, and thanks. Will be interesting tracking the sp post the 15th Aug
Typo - NOT predicting they are near the end I meant sorry
Prythee.. For the record I am predicting that they are near the end (if it is them) I am just pretty confident on the margins they have. I also recall Cathal a few weeks ago saying the seller was nearly out (Acacia) but in the interview with AJ Bell he mentioned that there was a still a seller but hoped for a material shift in SP in the coming weeks and months. As he is an ex broker I trust him on that and tend to agree but I can't and won't predict the end I will only share that 12.8p or lower is my personal top up price in the meantime. Anything else is just guess work. :)
That would equate to around 850 000 shares a day to sell, on an average, since early June, must be close to being done, if indeed the selling is the 38 million in question.
I think you're spot on Deepjoy. That's two months of a continuing sell off, which must warrant the full 38M Link shares, and potentially some flipping but difficult to ascertain. Happy to wait and see where this goes, I'm already overloaded with this share so I won't be adding any more soon. Patience is a virtue and all that jazz!
I'm going to lobby for a change in Share price symbol from ORPH to CRAB. More appropriate :-)
Cheers deep
Happy to take advantage of price and def holding tight No brainer

PS If I am wrong I'll post the findings on this BB next week when Starboard publish their filing. Don't mind looking a numpty but rather have conviction than drift with the herd . Have a great weekend
We are right. The one thing I try to remember is that hedge funds (Acacia/Starbaord et al) don't care about company potential they only care about quick quarterly profit. 38m shares changed hands on 5th June (Fact) Acacia disclosed 13m left 7th June (fact) 24m were transferred 5th june at 12.20p (fact) . Acacia were funded for the link solutions purchases by Starboard (fact) and included in that was an option for them to make selective investments (fact).
So whoever the seller is now I bet my money on Starboard and if it is them there aquired 24m shares at 12.2p so their margins are pretty tight atm. They have to report 13G filings by 15th August to SEC and I wager they wont want to be seen to be holding a lot of orph or other link fund purchases. I am pretty confident but I would say that as I have a lot invested here and I am obviously bias but there are facts to support my views at least. GLA this company is a winner :)
The sp is annoying yes... wake me up at Christmas.
SP still dragging a seller - frustrating
I hope we is Right cos it’s hard to listen to the bubbles coming from Ca th al’s sweet lips and watch the ****ty action on the markets.
Agree Swapleber which is why it is a nice level to fix any future stake. I am ok with the seller being here as their margins aren't huge and the MMs seem to be trying to shift 500k-1m a day off their book. Its a struggle for them of course as the volumes aren't huge but the sells aren't dumps they are price controlled which i am comfortable with. Of course they may change tact near exhaustion and dump if we don't get higher volumes but given the last few weeks record I am not sure they will.
Great place to be in my view, sit it out and for me, I pick up shares every time I get a price 12.8 or below. The bid price is the one I work from the offer is just a red herring. All good for the patient supporter :)
Here.
Are the people on the board.
