Exactly my point again. I try to draw a line on it. Someone posts to attempt to continue.... Appreciate you trying Austin. It's clear that some on here are more obsessed by me and my comments then Orph itself. The personal agendas are boring focus on orph or filter me, that's your choice. Don't be offended everytime I post, a different viewpoint or something you don't agree with.
I have made a donation (sorry I meant to make one earlier).Tbh I was grateful for Ryan for sharing some of the information because it confirmed that TR was dumping his shares. But I appreciate a lot of effort and time must go into your articles and I thank you and good luck.
Unnecessary, it was quite obvious what Ryan was talking about both with his original post and his comment regarding clicking on the link. No need for hostility. Hopefully the rumors come to fruition and the SP makes some gains.
SeenRight84 - I fully agree, but, if you'll excuse me, this needs saying.
Ryan. "Hopefully ...... and no more bickering at all." Really? Then why start it in the first place?
You posted "Looks pretty clear where prep is heading!" implying you know something that's not been released and then instead of answering the simple response "go on then, tell us where" you refuse to answer, you ridicule Si, a well respected poster, and start justifying yourself with a string of self penned testimonials. How confusing then that this modest paragon of virtue and integrity should breach someone's private pay wall T&C's because you "believe that the information should be available to all" yet conversely you still refuse to share Prep's destination on a public BB.
You suggest DS tries clicking some links; here's some for you. Nothing personal, of course, just sharing free information:
https://georgui.blogspot.com/2017/12/the-jungle-of-online-finance-chat-rooms.html "Types of Posters To give you a head start on spotting chat-room hooligans, engaging them and taming the effect of their shenanigans, take a look at our list of archetypes that frequent any and all investment chat rooms out there." "Psycho-pathological in experiencing power and control online fuelled by their unappealing offline-reality of being insignificant, angry, alone and in need of short-term cash flow." "When online, they exhibit a lack of empathy, have minimal capacity to experience shame or guilt, behaves with callousness and a grandiose sense of self. All opinions and statements are highly distorted and skewed towards ever-increasing stock prices, with a particular focus on the stocks currently held in their portfolio." "The Dumb Attack Dog This poster will aggressively defend their stock to the hilt by attacking and aggressively ridiculing any perceived negativity. They will not make constructive or meaningful points, but rather, deconstruct everything into a meaningless points-scoring match." "It’s important to realise that not everyone in a chat room is looking to provide fellow readers with “helpful advice” and that their intentions aren’t always honourable. Once you know what to look out for, you will be easily able to identify exactly what you are dealing with." GLA.
Shenanigans? I don't think so desertstar, I shared information that was behind a pay wall for other investors to give everyone an even keel because I believe that the information should be available to all not just those who stump up a fee (and even then I asked all to donate to charity). Who does that benefit? Everyone. I put up a fair argument against the de-ramping on here and just got personally attacked for fighting the other viewpoint. Certainly doesn't benefit me to be publicly attacked. I've been consistent throughout all my posts on here. Seems like no matter what I do someone has something to say negative about it. I'm afraid my intentions have always been good here and to benefit all shareholders. Hate me then hate me. I'm sure someone will have something to say about this post.
HVIVO paid £14mn when it spun out of Janssen (J&J) in 2015. At the same time, there was a phase 2a £10mn contract with which arguably was linked. This was for the 62% stake, and there has been incremental clinical work since, albeit difficult to determine value improvement. If we assume a conservative £20mn now, struggle to see how it goes into Poolbeg, wouldn't leave them any working capital. Could see ConservBio being more likely, but they need funding for their developments already without adding further clinical developments. Given the J&J connection at board level and their existing stake, something they might look to re-visit given it was theirs pre-2015?
You've gone down in my estimation there Ryanwood. Had given you the benefit of the doubt before with all the shenanigans you get involved in on this board. I'm another of those lesser mortals who don't know where Prep is going.
.."Tweaked in some way to reflect that ORPH shareholders only have 62.6% of the PrepBio shares..."
Doh ! James Cornelius and Ryan Muldoon figure amongst the directors, alongside CF, Adrian Wildfire and Clive Page....
