If that is the case, once again, this covid situation could play to our advantage.
Not wishing to sound all schadenfreude, but I guess there will be a lot more distressed companies out there than normal.
Correct Si. That's exactly what he will be doing.
Can't buy anything this morning.
Exciting times!
Morning all.
Regarding the Imutex NASDAQ listing, I have it in my head that CF intended to find a shell company that they could reverse into. Something already listed but not doing very well. Sound familiar?
Pretty certain he said as much in one the interviews a while back. But as there have been so many in recent months couldn't quite say when or where.
I can't think why else I have believed, for some time, that this was the plan.
*Racking my brains. Cheers Andinio. I knew I'd heard it somewhere.
Thanks Rudey. I've been taking my brains trying to remember, thinking I was going crazy.
They incorrectly listed holding as 48 percent within pdf presentation. Cathal stated It would be corrected to 49 percent when updated [soon].
No, you were right Northseatiger, CF previously said 48% then adjusted it to 49%.
Apologies. It was the accuracy of the antibody testing that was slightly higher than first thought.
147 for us
wwwwaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too cheap buddy!
Just get Imutex sold off to the Chinese for £300 million and just return the cash to OO shareholders..simples....
Cathals core skill is finding funding.
Check time 18:00 onwards for Imutex

Leasehold? I thought you were adamant it was freehold Jimzi.
Good to see you've done a bit of research moniman. Not quite 100%, is it.
Read the take over RNS from Dec...Hvivo own 49% of a JV in a company called Imutex ( sat on OO books at zero value), it contains 2 in trial drugs for Influenza and Zika viruses...supposedly about to be spun off from OO according to the interview talk.?
B/S carrying value of JV?
Leasehold length and terms?
Capital additions to leasehold?
Net asset breakdown?
Look forward to reading your factual knowledge
Correct swap. I think it was 48% but CF found out it was actually 49%? I'm sure he said that somewhere in an interview.
So is this the JV that moniman was referring to swapleber, that he said we own 100% of?
By the way, I know the facts, thanks anyway.
Imutex is the Jv.
Seek group own 51 ish
HVivo 49 ish
What JV are you referring to moniman?
So long as CF keeps his word and we get the shares (seeing as we shareholders own the JV according to the Hvivo takeover paperwork)..then I don't give a flying fig how it happens...
Corrected:
Surely it's not that Imutex will be NASDAQ listed, it will be merged with a NASDAQ listed cash rich company, and the merger will then fund the further necessary development?
Surely it's not that the Imutex will NASDAQ listed, it will be merged with a NASDAQ listed cash rich company, and the merger will fund the further necessary development?
Thanks sportstrader, appreciate the info and good to know I've not missed out on free shares :)
Time to top up maybe if funds permit.
Not yet, still plenty of time before a cut off date for the NASDAQ listing will be. Said more details will be announced nearer the time and notifying us, but he has said it should be in 2-3 months time.
Cathal has already spoken in presentations and Q&A's regarding it and confirmed would be getting 1:1 shares, and would be dividend paying
