Same with me.
AJ bell just showing hvivo.
Personally I'm much happier with my holding going into this merger.
Be nice to see it confirmed in my account tho!
checked with my broker and the are still waiting for the stock as well
I'm with HL and haven't got mine through yet either.
Has anyone had there Hvivo shares converted to Open Orphan shares yet....my accounts are still showing Hvivo at 16.5p pending corporate action?
Yes exactly..Hvivo invested tens of £ millions in the companies research and development projects including the JV with SEEK Group for Flu and Zika virus vaccines over 15 years (the golden eggs). Cathal has been very shrewd/opportunistic by acquiring Venn and Hvivo for a fraction of their true worth IMHO..if Trevor provides some positive updates on contracts and possibly JV vaccines then this might fly.....adyor!!!!
I'm invested here, like everything I see, no issues.
However, it all just seems too easy. There's something round the corner that's going to bite us in the arse!
Hope not of course.
GLA.
Refers to 'sleeping giant' Hvivo - we picked up some £60m of assets for £10m.
My buy appears @ 16:30 as a sell.
22-Jan-20 14:54:00 6.49 144,622
144622 @ 6.49 rounds up my holding to 250k
Friel putting in £500k at 6.6p by the looks of it...
"We're looking to raise money at about 6.6. I'm putting in up to half a million at that so we can ensure it's at that price."

moniman... he has been quite clear from the outset that he considers the company a service company not a pharma and i see no reason for him to change his clear strategy by commiting capex with imutex. If he did i would sell out in an instant. He is looking to exit by year end anyway and that is a case of do up cheap and sell to a biger player... Simple and profitable with min risk .
"But the excitement is only now starting – the company is now saying that a £5 million placing at 6.6p looks set to be heavily oversubscribed."

You'd like to think so....all will become clear when Trevor updates Hvivo contracts etc..and maybe news on Imutex JV stage 3 for Flu vaccine?
Moniman
Perhaps Cathal would have been better off getting rid of Trevor, clean sweep, he doesn’t seem to have done a good job whilst running Hvivo?
Must be method behind the madness!
Appears to be a lot of large buys going through yet price still remains static..I see Cathal buying into the share issue but Trevor as ever keeping his hands on his wallet just like he dud at Hvivo, what a plonker!
Well seeing as they got Hvivo for next to nothing I think SP at current levels is a bargain
Circular suggests 6.25p and podcast opens the target wider.
So, placing target of 6p to 6.4p seems likely.
We may see a dip in price when placing announced as some investors may follow normal PI habits. I think - given the story and the energy behind it - we'll see buyers coming onboard.
I just added another 75k, this afternoon. When the price recently fell to 6.15p IWEB wouldn't allow me to buy more £400 worth :)
I'll add more if price takes a dip around 6p assuming buying at that level is possible.
thanks andi - do you agree? Might be more of an aspiration but glad he stated it
Ref placing Cathal said:
"I'm very keen...to do this at a premium to the last round...I couldn't say what it would be at ... but we would like to do it at a premium to the market price ... certainly a premium to the last round".
On vox markets interview yesterday (can't post link) Cathal stated placing would be c£5m.
he has previously stated this would be at a premium to the last placing (so 6p to 6.25p has been suggested).
However, yesterday he also said he was hoping it would be a premium to current share price.
Maybe I misheard him, but that's 6.5p minimum if true, maybe even 7p
