Delaying news until the judge buys some? ;)
I see it's no longer on the list - does this mean it didn't hapen or it's over I wonder?
DDB I said exactly the same thing months ago regarding this. Those holding at the end of close the previous day should be the cut off for qualifying for the spin off shares. I'm sure CF will look after the LTH and try to rid the people solely after a free ride.
Case expected to start at 10.50am waiting to be connected to hearing
me to Si, they cant hang about as the cat will be out of the bag, hoping todays the day. GLA
I was thinking similar to the ones we get after a GM. All resolutions passed, type RNS. With details of expected effective date of the Reduction of Capital.

Yes Si, it says. dependant upon the court confirmation, but the hearing is on time today so no delays so far, very positive in my book, good luck orphans :)
i would say RNS is all typed upped and ready to be submitted, I'm sure we will hear something once court case has finished today.
ktrb - many thanks. hoping that announcement will come with more detail about all the work that's been going on in the background (of which there appears to have been a huge amount). Also hoping it might fix date(s) for ORPH share ownership to qualify for divs in specie, allocations in new co's etc etc ... which I hope will be soon!
Not being a pedant, but I recall the wording to be "on or around the 20th".
That could be either way I guess.
Many Thanks KTRB
Brilliant. Thanks KTRB
By the timeline in the circular, if approved by the beak today then the reduction in capital will take place on the 20th,,,, so all is on track and no delays which is super positive. I'd expect an announcement between today and the 20th?
Are there set timescales before we hear any further news or will it be whenever OO feel it is appropriate?.
