All views welcomed! In reality noone knows. But I think I can say with absolute certainty we will not get a 1:1 based on current number of ORPH shares and a $3 sp IPO for imutex. That will need imutex to be IPOed at $1billion plus!
Anyway despite cf comments I continue to believe a trade sale is more likely than ipo
They will also get a hell of a pay day without any hassle taking a cash offer , GL
Yep, not here to cause offence. I’m in for a possiable listing.
At 1:1 everyone is going to get one hell of a payday.
CF has told you that’s the plan if it’s a 1 4 1, but obviously you know more than him, GL
Completely agree with you though, if a listing happens I can’t see how a 1:1 can be supported.
I also think that it will be valued higher, all listings seem to be priced high.
That’s why your called the idiot lol
Sounds good.
However, pharma is HOT right now on the NASDAQ.
Check out NVAX an unloved company 2 years ago had to do a reverse stock split just to stay listed hit $100 last week
Oops... forgetting that orph only owns 49% of imutex.
But let's throw in Prepbiopharm etc....
Thanks Plum. I know CF says we will get 1:1 shares.... in reality that may not be quite the case.
The new company will need to raise fresh cash as part of the IPO - by issuing new equity. I would say that needs to be minimum $100m & preferably nearer $200m. The co will need significant funds to advance.
At a fair guess the new co with $200m cash in the bank might be valued from 400 - 500m. I.e. say $250m for current shareholders. Still 20p per share.
How to square this circle? And issue a $3 Nasdaq? Working with $450m IPO... with $250m to current shareholders.
Mkt Cap Imutex newco £360m @ £2.40 per share = 150m shs
ORPH shareholders rec say 83000 shares in newco
I think we have approx 665m shares out currently?
If we consolidate ORPH 8:1 we will get 1 new share for every 8 held. . And enable a 1:1 divi of imutex newco
At that time ORPH might be trading at say 25p.
We get 1 newORPH @ 8:1 which will trade at £2
We will get 1 imutex newco which will trade at say $3.50 (£2.80)
Total £4.80 or related to current sp = 60p
Thoughts?
Just musing!

Minimum price requirement is $1
Thx
Different presentation... how he was talking, sounded like he was talking to the big pharmas not private investors. Interesting
