Hi Casper - some big ifs in there, but I agree, if ORCP can finally and actually deliver something of substance, then of course things can be different here. As for Green Hydrogen, time will tell if its the next big ramp, or will come together as a genuine project here. For me, I remain sceptical, but what would help is if ORCP could set out what the project stages are and what the anticipated timelines are for their completion. That way we can all see what needs to happen, when it will happen, and whether it is happening. That would start to give it all a bit more credence for me.
Anyway, let's see what happens here... GLA
legalwolf...your concerns are valid and understandable...no-one likes dilutions etc...espeacially..at low price..
Yes we had £1.5m CLN's...all of them have been converted....its because of these CLN's orcp is where it is today..
£45M is there....mainly for THAR COAL BLK VI ( POWER )..thats what my understanding is...or atleast...thats what the plan was....if we wanted to imo we can TAP into that FACILITY if we wanted to for other projects........KEY thing and difference between £45m psf and £1.5m CLN is.....£45M psf is in our control....we choose the time and price...with CLN's....it was not in our control..
We already have funds....for upcoming GOLD drills....it was confirmed in last ZAK AUDIO interview by CEO.....so for now atleast we dont need any funds
The PLAN should be get the ball rolling....and use PSF at HIGHER PRICE.....what most forget and dont understand......we could be TAPPING PSF at 1p+ 2p+ 3p+ we just dont know...you might be asking yourself....NO CHANCE at 1p+ 2p+ etc thats too high......to that i say.......what do you think is likely to happen if on MONDAY we get rns saying POWER PLANT has been signed off..all is back up running again at THAR....or......GREEN HYDROGEN deal has been STRUCK with a PARTNER who is willing to PAY upfront £M's.......likely hood is....shareprice would ROCKET!!!!.....and sentiment/confidence returns here....
POINT of note.....have you followed TNT (tintra)....they had high profile stalkeholders.....they have just announced 1st SUBSCIPTION at 1000% premium to shareprice.....they announced it when shareprice was 50p.... did at at £5.......that share went MENTAL....now....look at our PROJECTS....in particular....THAR and upcoming GREEN HYDROGEN...then...look at HIGH PROFILE PARTIES that are backing us SHEIKH/CHINA COAL/CHINAPOWER etc.....they can easily SUBSCRIBE to our shares at PREMIUM...and if they did...then....this ( orcp ) could ROCKET ...like TNT..
£45m is there....which is good to have as back up.....name me another small aim company which has....that kind of FINANCE as backup....not many out there.....dont forget we dont have to use that PSF if we dont want to...its in our hands..
Coming back to DILUTING....yes....it will hurt us when its done......but please make note....CEO has SUBSTANTAIL cash invested...BROKER also ( brandon )...alongside SHEIKH.....more than us it will hurt them more...their interests are same as us....
HOPING for proper re-rate soon....and then we can think of funds....for now we are ok imo
As far as selling into rise....its my own opinion its just pi's playing the swings right now.....be4 it was CLN's which have been cleared now...
TR1 holders playing the swings with surplus shares??....right now there is no evidence of that.
One can PLAY the swings ...trade all they like....but be warned....if and when one of BIG RNS's drops.....one wouldn't want to be on wrong side of the trade...

A few years ago Eua issued a lot of equity at less than half a penny in loan agreements etc. The share price is currently 50x that and was 80x that at one point. We would be happy if this could play out in an even remotely similar fashion.
Hi Washers - as of last September, there was £400k left of the £1.5 million share subscription facility. I've not been able to find a more recent update from ORCP about it, although I do recall reading somewhere that all of it has now been used up? Anyway, I don't know any more than you do whether all of these cheap shares will have been flushed out. It's all done under the TR1 radar so you never really know who's selling and when. However, I do notice that at the start of this year, the rise in the sp was sold into. That could just be AIM, ordinary traders, or it could be the large background sellers? Who really knows?
The other point is - what will ORCP do now that they have used up the £1.5 million? Either they go back to these same parties for another share subscription, or they start to draw on the £45 million facility. Either way, won't the net effect on retail shareholders be the same, i.e. large selling of those shares in the background? I hope this explains it better and its all IMO. Always useful to discuss these matters and get other people's take on things. Thank you for yours.
Legalwolf why would the historic RNS shed light on selling? The initial £1.5m has been taken and IMO all conversion shares definitely sold prior to Christmas.
The other part of funding £45m which is essential to have access to hasn’t been used to my knowledge. It is available to ORCP at their request and as I have stated in many posts the shoe is on the other foot ORCP choose the timing when they exercise and therefore dictate at what price, it will be far more beneficial when SP higher.

Hi all - I tried to go into this before Xmas, before one of the cheerleaders here bit my head off. I'm not going to be negative about this company (even though I have grave doubts about this operation). Instead, I would simply recommend to investors and this bb that you take time out to read and understand the below RNS, which covers how this company is funded, and might shed some light for you on why there is always large selling in the background, which prevents the share price gaining real traction, even when there is good news. It is not the easiest RNS to understand. I do have a certain take and understanding about what it means and what might be going on here, but you're all grown ups, can read it and join up the dots for yourselves, without me influencing your interpretations. Only 29m warrants exercised that we can’t trace. If they were being sold I would imagine that has finished now.
I believe the turning point for a substantial rerate is only one or two RNS away. Not long to wait in terms of investing IMO

Casper, so TR1 levels being played with as per my previous posts. Happens when you issue confetti papers. Managment need to steer this away from sharks and somehow build reliance away from mideast backers who have shown to be unreliable toward the Pak govt and companies set around in critical industries there. The move for gold assets was a blinder. Lukewise the hydrogen play. However I would prefer alignment with less politically sensitive enitites and person. Huge negative spiral at the moment. The assets are fabulous. The method/parties being cup in hand with maybe not. Conundrum...
A very comprehensive answer Caspar. Cheers.
Beaub11.....i made it clear when i bought back it was for GOLD PLAY....in particular J EAST...
When i sold back then...it was down to CONFIDENCE mainly because....BROKER / WARRANT holders were selling into any rise we was having ( after initial spike we had to 1.60p )...upto 1.60p everything was ok....brokers etc didnt sell....i also held....all this messing about and selling started around 1p mark on top of my head...i bailed at around 0.62p ( ave ).....
Also this time around i like the fact...CEO has been putting in SUBSTANTIAL amounts in herself...
I want to make it clear...even though i bought in for J EAST ( gold )...i also am liking this GREEN HYDROGEN play.....but please also make note....back then i had longterm goals/vision.....this time around....its only medium-term... i will re-asses after J EAST results...maybe de-risk some be4 ASSAY results....thats the plan...will i follow it??.. i dont know....in this game anything is possible....we could get lets say....GREEN HYDROGEN jda with sheikh etc and we could do TRIPPLE DIGIT gains...that could be tempting to depart...especially AIM having so many traders.....they do more damage then good.... on this recent rise... i was so confident that we had turned the corner....i was averaging up....my highest buy price was 0.57p i think......its a shame we are where we are.....we just move along....
One final point...someone a week or so ago...mentioned some of Tr1 holders are selling using surplus shares...and buying back in at lower price....when i was invested first time around....i bought this issue up via email with the company...the answers that i got back i was not pleased with...hence that was the ultimate downfall for me in orcp....we can just watch and see if there is any foul play....if i was to come across that again....YES i would sell again and move on....even at loss....for me CONFIDENCE/TRUSR is big thing....lose that ...then thats it.........i have given u some reasons for leaving last time but not all....cv19 played a little part as did internal politics in PAK...aswell as external pressures from USA/INDIA etc....
Casper. In May 2021 you famously announced on Twitter that you had sold all your ORCP shares as you had no faith in the Board of Directors. Up to that point you had regularly been posting huge long messages singing Oracle's praises re future potential.
My question is what exactly made you buy back in? Was it the gold play? Or maybe you're impressed by Naheed Memon?
