Unlike funding circle this company makes money.
Said it before, rebrand as a fintech challenger and SP will go up 1000%
Surprised the stack of recent “buys” hasn’t pushed it up more. It’s a very similar SP performance comparison to Funding Circle - also in the SME non prime lending arena. I doubt many stock holders wish to sell atm - unless you invested some time ago, most of us will have paid considerably more than the current value. So it’s hold out for 4 weeks - all will be revealed...!
Well there's a truism . However there are such things as forward pes and various forecasts. However, as I expect you know there is only a month to the final results on 24 September. Nice little 3% rise today.
a pe relates to the last results not the current time and its the future pe need to know
Surely the low pe in this case shows both a lack of confidence AND a bargain. People do not necessarily spot a bargain. The investors Chronicle does and has mentioned it many times.
I hope so.. last thing I want is for us to be done up like a couple of kippers, I always wanted to go to Benidorm...
one day Rodney ,,,one day.
Meant Stock - not stick
Whats not to like ? The current SP that most people will have paid considerably more to hold their stick... The low PE shows lack of confidence, not a bargain..
But here is a company with a yield of 2.6% and a pe of 3. A competitor to the bank's on sme what's not to like
Amongst everything else that’s been discussed, main factors remain;
- Talk of a recession
- Brexit uncertainty
- Sub prime finance companies are currently out of flavour
- No statement from the Board ?!
All the good news and hype has never boomed this stock. In a few weeks once the results are launched, it’ll either recover or continue to be perceived as undervalued, but a poor bet.. .

new low
I think they have been over prudent on the external factors that will hinder performance over the next year. A deal on Brexit will cause a bounce in confidence and this share will respond accordingly. Dividend policy still in place as well.
And. Brexit
some clarity about
(1) financing for expansion
(2) the quality of pf under stress/recession
Can somebody .......anybody tell me when this is going to stop falling. It is relentless.
Anybody.......Somebody????
