I wouldn’t say potential issues, we know the Germany lab is running at full capacity, a number of top pharma have contracts and keep renewing but a lot of them were March/ April so maybe the next batch arrive 6 months later?
That being said lack of news is questionable, new funding, new appointments, restructure? Hopefully we get some news soon. We know of the potential and I’m happy to sit, wait and almost forget about it, the question is just for how long.
Big swings on 1-2 trades a day is bizarre, but just the market playing it’s games?
2 solid months and no news. I am starting to wonder if something is happening internally. Takeover, restructure, potential issues?! This is a long time for a publicly traded company to avoid the public...
Nothing left to say here. Seems like ONC is impacted by CPI data just as much as any other Business. Fed rate hikes announcement Thursday should hopefully not come with a 75basis points shocker. Sure this baby will grow. Just a rubbish time in the markets.
I dumped way too much money into this stock. Would I top up more if I could? Probably. But that's just because I am really foolish. A fool for Oncimmune
YoY growth seems to be great so far. It doesn't really matter too much where the money comes from, at the end of the day what matters is that they can demonstrate an ROI and hopefully that won't be blurred by more debt/credit/loan they take on. A fine line to be treaded as we approach profitability. You want to expand fast enough to enjoy the momentum, but you want to maintain a healthy cash flow to debt position.
Yes that cash balance was to the end Nov 21. So the fact that we haven’t raised yet indicates to me what the CFO said at the last investor meet me that we are funded from revenues holds true, well at least as each day goes by!
They also have a RCF they can use to flex any cash needs.
"Gross cash balance at the period end of £2.97M (H1 2021: £3.28M) and net debt at the period end of £5.39M (H1 2021: £7.22M), after investment including capacity growth. The Company drew down an additional €3.0M (c.£2.50M) of debt post period end to fund the acceleration in the expansion of the US-based Commercial team, serviceable by cash generation from ImmunoINSIGHTS."
Just need to make sure we get to a point where net debt gets smaller and that funding can indeed come from revenues in immunoinsights (and also EarlyCDT)
I just want to confirm with anyone here that is knowlegeable. How long was the 8mio GBP funding supposed to last? My concern is that if ONC run out of cash too fast and ask for more funding, it could seriously dent the SP again for a while.
It’s fine iPhone. I sold a load probably nearly a year ago now and have been buying back in recently. It’s not a fan show although I rate the company highly it’s about making money. I just think Matt Hall has expenses. The directors here are not on a gravy machine and their options are at 200p which imo we will see again here soon.
Finals in August are the next real catalyst.
See how the SP here is played on low vols. up 6% now lol!
Topped up yesterday and today. Should see this one recover soon. Bear market already lasted almost 200days, which by all accounts is a typical timeframe for sentiment to switch into a more positive direction. I think a little news on ONC would be welcome. Just a little update to keep us distracted from the other RNS. We need s9me good news to talk about ^^
When I last looked at IMM they were using CPI’s for Lupus. Their primary drug Lupizor was being funded for phase 3 trials. I haven’t looked at them for a while though as I didn’t like the corporate finance structure.
As for ONC and immunotherapy, we provide an immunodiagnostics service with our immunoINSIGHTS platform. I think had we had any involvement in that other than diagnostics our SP would be well north of £10 on rumours alone such is the size of the total addressable market (TAM).
That’s the beauty of ONC. We provide the diagnostics to the top Pharma’s. A bit like selling shovels in the gold rush!
“ UBS trading book holdings in Oncimmune Holdings PLC fell below 5% and are therefore exempt from reporting”
Just the dates vary. So I can only assume that although 3 accounts are listed, group AG, AG and AG London, they must have had 5.481239% in one which crossed below 5% on the 2nd June and 5.449688% in another which crossed below 5% on 30th May.
The previous RNS took one account above threshold…etc
Really being played this. I don’t see UBS buying high and selling low for no reason.
With little liquidity and an often a sht spread it’s hardly a short term trading stock!
Well at least that’s confirmation that it doesn’t seem to be anything ‘sinister’, in terms of a dump!
Yesterday’s large trades took UBS below threshold. They were likely all their sells (2x 150k and 1 x 157k) else if the later trade was a buy as it was at a higher SP it would not have resulted in a crossing.
So I can only assume UBS are moving stock on to another account/recipients/nominees etc.
All normal ‘abnormal’ behaviour if trying to build a position in a relatively illiquid stock. I saw similar trades at HZD and LID before a bid came in.
That’s NOT to say I am right in terms of a bid coming. Could be another reason.
I am just buying shares here so I am biased and as there are only a handful of posters here and no volume it will likely take ages to grab any meaningful numbers of shares here so I wouldn’t expect anything quick.
I also noticed how GLO share price was being held back with huge numbers of single trades followed by odd high UT trades end of day. I posted it there. Then look what followed!
