Recently transferred part of my sipp into a trading account. Only in my early 30's but never too early to think about the future. Tempted to bin off my Tech stocks and plow it into here
"Once the shorters are done this is going to fly."
What shorters? Both this site and Shorttracker show no short positions for OMI.
It seems obvious to me also AG. I decided to nearly to go all in on this yesterday. I can't quite tell if this is the bottom as I don't have a crystal ball but even for someone looking for trading potential surely at this level it is worth a shout when only a few months ago we were at 40. For people with a longer term view at these prices quite a stack can be built and it really is accumulation time or time to get those averages down finance permitting. I bet there are a few that didn't expect to see these prices again and I bet people have sold out at a considerable loss. If you were buying at 30 to not buy at 15 to 16 is an insult to your research a few months ago. When sentiment shifts this will move quickly especially as more results filter through and they start homing in on those areas that have the good grades. Of course there are going to be holes that are a duster. That's part and parcel of the operation. I'm happy here while the general market disregards the mining sector in general. As for the delays at the lab, our major partners are at the top of their game. They'll be able to tell visually what they are dealing with. Each time they get a visual another rig is introduced, they assign more drilling to accumulate more data. The directors are buying, however small that may be and have performance related options built in. I honestly think Anza is going to be special and I've backed this up with my cold hard earned cash. Even the more cautious on this board are holding as they know that this could be the elephant you invest for.
Also, let's not forget Apta is only currently being drilled because access was already in place. As soon as Newmont/Agnico decide to take over the drilling operation this will no doubt re-rate dramatically. Personally can't wait for the RNS declaring drilling has started at La Cejita

I dont imagine this is helpful either .
Outcrop golds sp has halved since its jan peak after a good rise last year . Had a good rise yesterday .
It's good when it's flying and its the "hype of the AIM" but those kind of gains can't last forever. Once the rainbow chasers are out the way, you need to evaluate whats left and go again
Setbacks:
Severe delays in labs
Catalysts:
Delay in labs will build up a back log of assays which can potentially transform this entire project
Every set of results > Another drill added > More director BUYS ( I mean come on!it's so obvious)
5 drill rigs at one prospect (APTA) is mouth watering
High grade results time after time. 1or2 "dusters" but these can be crucial in identifying where the deposits end or pinch out
Funded
Small float, once this picks up volume, it flys. Get yourself content with your holding at these levels. It's far too easy to get caught in the excitement when this flys past 20p/25p/30p and make a top up, why not top up at 15p??
Visible results look positive
Be interesting to see if the next drilling campaign has begun whilst we're waiting for the labs
Spot on AG...as always cracking detail ...
Once the shorters are done this is going to fly.
It's the pick of the goldies imho
Good to see folk believing in this stock after the last few months. Should have really finished over 16 in my eyes but a bit more buying pressure and this has to/ and will move in the right direction. I just hope a few folk don't get board and sell out. That's what they want you to do....
Yeah I feel it’s good to keep in the front of your mind, a reminder of what’s actually available here. Very, very satisfied with my investment here, can’t really say the same elsewhere at the minute but patience will pay off.
Hi, Ag
I'm with you on this. Also, at this price level, after such a fall, praise of the company and its assets doesn't count as ramping; that only happens after a rise of one or two hundred per cent, when novices get sucked in before a correction, and then regret it later.
It probably comes across as a ramp, and if that’s the case then so be it. But everything is in place
On 22nd February, the following was released in an RNS
· High grade gold intersections - 21.6m @ 6.02g/t Au, 12.25m @ 5.39g/t Au
Now they’re good hits. They’re the kind of hits in the junior exploration space that make investors take notice. Orosur not long after lost nearly 50% of its market cap. I know the mining sector took a hit in general, but that was stupid.
My point being, although the SP is having a retrace as of late and declining, it doesn’t mean the company aren’t progresssing forward, which they are. The picture will become clear soon.
How much cash is in the bank ? I know Orosur essentially have a free carry but there will be a time in the future that they’ll have to come to market (not near term) and raise funds. It’s current shares in issue, 188million? That’s nothing. It really isn’t and we’ve seen it twice in the last year, once volume picks up, you will blink and it’ll do 20-30%.
When this returns to 30p, and higher, which is an inevitability for me, you could issue 50million new shares at 20p for example and raise £10m. 240 million issues in circulation (still a small float) and be fully funded for years to come
Options are endless but focusing on the near term, what an opportunity. Take advantage if your average is higher. But just focus on the growth of the company, what they’re producing, where they’re heading and everything will fall into place.
Stay safe everyone :)
From this level, I've said this since 30p (LOL), this is a great buy

Whether he buys 5,000 or 500,000 i couldn't care less. He's there to run the company and they're motoring behind the scenes.
2,000 samples of assays can and will land at any given time possibly in the near future. And judging on the results at Apta this far, I'm very excited

Drilling is now focussed on a combination of understanding the geological controls upon mineralisation, expansion of the mineralised zones, and infill drilling to demonstrate continuity.
Visually, results continue to appear positive.
