Correct although check ggp shares in issue which are 3.8bn not 3.3bn.
Go read what a market cap is dumpling.
Degsy
Agreed. The name of the game here is to keep accumulation. Tiny 160m share capital.
In my opinion, assuming JV and we are not bought out:
1 m ounces find will take the share price to £1.50
3m ounces - £5
5m ounce - £7
DYOR
Always makes my laugh when people think a share price is the value. Going to be higher than GGP! Haha
OMI market cap = £22m at 14p
GGP market cap = £750m at 20p
If we times OMI by 34 we get a £748m Market Cap.
14p x 34 = £4.76 share price.
There is no comparison other than Grades and JV
Looking at Stockopedia, GGP has no forecasted income for 2021. OMI has £45m forecast for 2021.
1=no value 100 = The most value possible
Value score for GGP = 11
Value score for OMI = 100
Share in issue for GGP = 3,351m
Shares in issue for OMI = 155m
If you read and put the facts to date into context you will see the market reaction will be mirrored. Operations at Anza by the majors are starting from a more advanced stage than when Newcrest took over ops at GGP.
Check OMI gold grades to date on page 7 here.

But having TWO of the the world's top ten gold miners farm in is a clear indicating that they think this asset has serious potential. I defer to their opinions.
And I wouldn't take advice from anybody who spells the word 'definitely' as 'defiantly' @DrRimington
Degsy - how is GGP proof this will do the same. What a lot of ramping rubbish.Having someone funding your exploration is not a license to being as successful as GGP
Lots is already known and detailed at Anza *
Guys. It was a joke about how well the stock is doing...
So yes expect the sp to go into the pounds here. Ggp is proof this will do the same. The gold grades are superior here and drilling operations by the majors are commencing from a more advanced stage.
Lots is already known and derailed at Anza which was not the story for GGP and newcrest at the point of them taking control of operations. If Newcrest had not stepped on GGP would still be labouring at a very low market cap.
In for the ride, bought a few weeks ago at 7.8p, watched it slowly tick back down but looking a lot more positive now.
Also, it still amazing how many people invest their hard earner and don't understand the difference between share price and market cap.
I just tried a dummy sell and it’s finally letting me sell all my shares for 13.75, I would say it’s going to start rising again quickly fairly soon.
The SP will defiantly go higher than GGP you wholly, look at shares in issue. Shows you know nothing Mark.
At £1 sp OMI will still only have a cap of 160m.
Multiply the shares in issue by the sp to get the market cap.
For OMI to have the same market cap as GGP it would have an sp of circa £4.75.
The carpenters come to mind
Its only just begun !! lol
It is the market caps you compare in stocks not the share price.
Ggp have over 5bn shares in issue OMI have 160m
Might have a higher share price but not overall market value. I would like OMI to have the same market value as GGP then I can retire at a good age of 33 :)
....are going to have a higher SP than GGP soon. Please slow down
