Oma or Oni is grandma.
Bob or Bobby.
Ellen or Elli , etc. OMI was recommended on GGP.
There is only one GGP and the rest of AIM is tragedy.
I thought that was 'OMA'
15p next month...let alone in Nov..!
Stay out till Nov....if you may. :)
Well we will see tbh glad I took half off the
Table saved myself thousands so far but mark my words 4p this time In November. I am in no rush to jump back in.
OMI sounds friendly. OMI is gandma in German.
OMI Mary means Grandma Mary. OMI does
not like derampers . Derampers are the
wealth destruction thugs on AIM. That's why OMI hates them.
Webbs, you have no clue. That's true.
I too have no clue but do not lecture you.
Agree francobrett- little webbs is unhappy :)
keep topping up son, if I were you. the news of NEWMONT which won't care for your winging will be out soon!
I have been on here regularly for over ten years, and I can honestly say I have never seen as much rubbish from any members on LSE than what Webbs puts out there
Usual b ollocks from Webb. Don't know why I bother checking these boards!
I sold well over half my holdings on that spike and still waiting to buy back in might be a long old wait can see it being walked back down to 2p again. Next news November saying newmont payed the fee for doing sweet F A then another 2 year wait for next news.
As I have said in my last post short term share price may go down, until a further update/rns...glad I sold some at 7.30, may be time now to top up? I will keep an close eye, please do share if any one has any new info following your research that we don't know
It clearly appears-
"Somebody is reading too much and veryWRONG into whatever partial information they have"!
Ageos, thanks for your legal interpretation of the pending licenses. Orosur rns’d that Newmont are still on board so they must see some type of path forward I think, even though it may be slightly different from originally anticipated.
Ageos,
I concur.
What we will appreciate is an update to clarify the latest activity and hopefully an update on the exploration programme.
MAJWandCo,
Thanks for responding to my post of 01.09.2020 regarding the ANZA ICQ-080035X Pending Concession Application. Any response, other than the usual derogatory comment I have come to expect here, is so rare on this forum, that one which also included translation of the original source, is especially welcome. I will however have to correct you on a number of points, primarily because of the potential legal implications which could arise from misunderstandings and misinterpretations.
Firstly and most importantly my 01.09.2020 post did not state or imply the existence of a “failed concession application” to quote from the first sentence of your 05.54 post today. If that was your conclusion then you are incorrect and should reread the post. I detailed a clear three-phase sequence of events. March 6th, instruction by Secretary of Mines to select a portion of the ICQ area within 30 days or risk rejection of application; March 29th challenge by OMI legal council to legality of the instruction; April 8th Court rejection of that challenge leaving OMI with no option other than to comply with the Secretary of Mines' instruction. I state precisely that “Orosur are required to select only a portion of the ICQ area, based on the AnnA Mineria grid system, the remaining part or parts being designated 'free' and available for other interested applicants” I also suggest that “Orosur might be eligible to apply for these 'free' areas also, as a separate Concession or Concessions.” {Orosur appear to have done precisely that, as I indicate in paragraph 4 of my 04.09.2020 post, having RNS'd a reference to “four exploration licence applications” instead of the previous three.]
Secondly your conclusion that “it [ie the April 8th court ruling] reads as though they indeed lost the rights to concession ICQ-089935X” is a misinterpretation of the Spanish legalese, as I have clarified above.
Although this might appear to be an excessively wordy response, it is necessary to ensure clarity of meaning from a legal perspective. I mentioned in my 01.09.2020 post that the March 29th company legal challenge, the reference to which I with-held, carried a warning of legal sanction against replication of content, so it is vital that any interpretation of the subsequent April 8th ruling is correct.
AGEOS.
Ageos,
Having originally (naively) dismissed the point you raised about the failed concession application, I now have to conclude that you were right.
I followed the links you posted, then I used an online translator tool for the court document . Frustratingly it reads as though they indeed lost the rights to concession ICQ-080035X. As is Sod's law, this concession is the single biggest pending concession at 6219 hectares (Page 20-21 of Technical Report).
Even more frustratingly is that concession ICQ-080035X appears to house the La Cejita area. This area had extremely promising soil sampling results as per page 81 of the technical report.
One thing I would say is that the court ruling was made in April '20, and Newmont have continued to fund the exploration partnership with OMI as per the 3rd September RNS, so they are clearly unperturbed by the event.
The court ruling appears to state that the concession is now 'free', does this mean Newmont could in theory apply for this concession themselves?
Hopefully there is an innocent conclusion to all of the above, I'm maybe slightly surprised this info hasn't been RNS'd - I'm sure we will find out soon.
That was true before. Year 3-4 are different. Volume is rising and 7.12-15p is the tightest spread I've ever seen here. 7.15p is bargain imo for what's at potential. Correction, added 55785.
Next month, this time I see a leap forward.
GL.
I think the bargain price range was 2-3 which it stayed for a while. Good luck to all here, will be keeping a close eye.
Topped up 55725 more @7.15p bargain price. Thanks, Karl lol.
Sold some as short term may pull back so I can buy back at cheaper again! Still holding big chunk , don’t want to miss the boat . We need a positive RNs to keep the momentum
And it is now showing in Red :)
Good bye...6ps.
Added 100614@ 6.945p to my growing portfolio here.
The question I asked myself- Do I see 5p or 15 p soon?
And I think I may see the later one.
Good luck.
I know what you mean, here are we just warming up...still. Great to see volume rising and sustained for many weeks now..
Hope to add more today, we should get back in 7s today, I think.
I am in on rrr as well and that’s multibagged already 8 million market cap with no major onboard.
Average 3 monthly daily trading volume on Lse is steadily growing, now at 726k + Nex+ Tsx.
That indicates, open interest in this company is increasing each day and MMs are preparing to accommodate more of it.
Promising signs...sentiment and confidence is gradually changing.
