Still easy to sell and creeping up, can sell 750k at 4.46p now. Brazil off the books should get cash burn down. Argentina exploration will now be wound down and more or less on hold until back end of the year due to harsh Patagonia winter. Nigeria steady away for now until Anza resolve and up and running. Hopefully cashburn will have decreased until all the exploration kicks back off.
It was almost inevitable that April end was an overhopeful timescale as are the 3 day turnaround in tests imv.
Further delays shouldn’t be ruled out either.
Meanwhile Omi carries on burning between $150/200 k p month. So there is 8 months of funding without doing anything. Another raise to come straight after conclusion of deal imv and anybody’s guess at what price. Hopefully not at the ridiculous discount and price of last one.
Keeping my average to 4 p and not ruling out possibility of adding some sub 4 p in the next month.
Meanwhile mr donut Bitcoin miners looking v good ! 😜
Short term gain looks good on this. Just bought some more :)
Limited opportunity to buy cheap shares again. This will tick up again as we get closer to news. There was always a chance that news would land in May due to the nature of the transaction. Good to see all the preparation work being done and the termination of the tin JV. All point to resumption of the business focus on Anza.
Brad told me in an email of 16th April, "The DD is mostly being undertaken by external legal and accounting teams as is best practice. " So Sharetrader is right to say that the delay is outside Brad's control.
I'm in. Looks a decent risk trade at these levels. The resource is there. Matter of going through the hurdles. Taking back full ownership was an excellent move. Financing will be critical.
That's what I called a balanced view.
From Orosur's X page a few minutes ago shows a least brad's thinking of preserving as much capital for Anza.
Still got a hell of a lot to prove to shareholders though in my eyes. Time will be the judge brad.
"Observant readers will have noted from today's quarterly we have decided to wind back our involvement in the Ariquemes tin project Brazil. An excellent project in a very buoyant tin market, but we cant do everything. In a tight capital raising environment we have to focus, and so the board have determined we need to keep our powder dry for Colombia."
Invest for what’s to come and it’s not speculation knowing the gold grades are huge and plentiful.
Hope it is leemattwat. I'll buy more 😆 🤣 😂
You need to stop being obsessed with brad think you have problems there I think you need to seek help 😆 🤣
Also it's not really a delay. It was said in last RNS end of April at the earliest. Most likely it will come somewhere in between. Good luck all.
Good to see genuine investors believing in the story that Orosur are trying to create. These processes take a little bit of time, legal eagles are obviously pouring over the fine print. Traders that wanted to trade left the building ages ago. It is really difficult to build up decent stacks here. When no one wants them no one wants them, but when they do, they really do. I must say it is ashame about the tin, but I suppose there had to be a casualty and focus had to be on the projects that have the best shot for the company. They seem to be really bullish on Argentina.
Yet another let down.
Share price down over 5%
By close at 5pm today it will easily be under 4p
Brad the great delivers another price of negative news yet again!
Mugs all over.
Oh well got until prob mid May to Fill my isa out with these bad boys just have to get my entry price right.
Mrdigit,
Yes you don't sound like bashing to me, and usually stay clear of the posters in pack of wolves. For that I never see you in bad light.
They get what they deserve.
Gl.
*Precious metals industry
Dr- that's some glimpse of encouraging sign...as people can sell or buy large after an RNS for sure.
I hope it doesn't dent much.
Yes we have another month before all signed off. Confirmation things are moving ahead. Let’s have a day at least of ignoring the suspects.
Delay is normal in business, more common than getting things done in estimated time, but you can amplify that when dealing with previous metals industry
There will be a hell of a lot for them to go through to get to end goal were everyone is happy
Also don’t want to seem like I’m bashing you, in anyway everyone is entitled to there views, although I do consider Leematt a complete waste of time on here, purely on his ridiculous posts with an obvious agenda
That other header was p1ssing me off.
Nothing like a new LOWER low to start the day, lol
Don't forget the MMs are apparently desperate to get your stock.
Don't forget orosur a great company, with its management took this share from 300p to just 2p.
Don't forget orosur managenent have just circa £50k invested between them in this sh*ite company and collected close to $2.5m in salaries over last 4 years.
Don't forget Brad the ceo had promised any a time, busy had failed to deliver on each and every occasion.
Don't forget this year alone in four months Brads salary has been $75k. He is $75k degree for not investing a penny in orosur.
Next RNS will sink this stock
I can sell easily 1m in one go at 4.28p, same price as I can sell 500 shares. Good to see. Usually hard to buy and sell after an RNS.
Mrdigit
Delays after delays....stay positive!
Feel free to filter me.
Thank you for your feedback though.
Bhargav, your credibility here for me has been diminishing by the day, with your insane flip flopping views, one minute positive as hell, then next bashing the sh*t out of OMI, Brad & Co. That last post though, is beyond ridiculous, this is a chat forum, and quite honestly, because of the aforementioned all over the place views, you’ve brought the comments on yourself. I wouldn’t tell anyone what to do, but I would suggest you may want to give the chat a break for a while, maybe better for you to get some perspective
‘Concurrently with negotiation of the Transaction in Colombia, the Company has begun the process of preparing to reassume ownership and operatorship of the Project. This involves, among other things, the recruitment of staff, liaising with the local community, discussions with relevant contractors and suppliers and the obtaining of various permits required for field operations. Should the Transaction be completed, the Company hopes to be able to recommence drilling operations as quickly as possible after reassuming operatorship.’
All preparations in place to crack on once Anza return comes, he’ll certainly have overcooked it saying end of May now. Brazil off the books to concentrate mostly on Colombia and Argentina.
