Espen, I can confirm the seasons have changed over here since my last post. I don't think I've lived anywhere this windy before - but gladly moving to Inverkeithing 12 months from now!
Milan would have been perfect in Summer I guess. I worked there for Prysmian for a while, but was only in a local hotel so it never really felt like "home"

lovely ;-)
Could be attack on .20 this afternoon
News imminent:)
Hannay, I’m across in the wetter west, in Inverclyde. I don’t mind a bit of cold either, but prefer then the properly insulated “Norwegian” houses in general. I recall when living in Milan when the snow arrived it would enter the flat as the gap under entrance door was so big.
Where in Scotland, Espen? I'm in sunny(ish) Aberdeenshire.
Personally, I dont care how cold it is, as long as the sun is shining. Here in Surrey we had some lovely sunny and frosty days last week. This week we are on our 5th consecutive dull and miserable day.
I kinda like the cold weather. We often light the outdoor fire even in winter if it's not raining. It's easy to get warm in Winter but hard to stay cool here in summer. Another hot night I'm afraid (26 degrees at 9.30 at night) here. Would love to visit Scotland one day.

It’s the usual drench weather here in Scotland. A bit of drizzle in the air but not so cold considering we’re in January. We had a wee celebration last night, in honour of a famous Scot, Rabbie Burns. A wee dram was had - atb
will do Espen. The house is open after a thunderstorm here in Ballarat Victoria after 5 days of + 30 degree days.
How's the weather there with you?
Enjoy the holiday Towzer, Indeed would be good to have the party continue with an RNS (positive one). Have a beer for me too please. — atb
Hi All,
It's Australia Day here in OZ! Public Holiday and share market closed. No shares traded as usual in OEX. Ha Ha.
We usually have fireworks to celebrate at sundown. I would be happy for an RNS in UK tonight and that would set off some fireworks indeed! Let's get this party started................
