I responded to Walbrook...
" Oh so you do exist then Walbrook"
Paul responded " its clear that you know nothing of what we do for Omega"
He was right....
Would the publication via twitter mean they now need to act accordingly
Hi, I think this is certainly a possibility and would actually make total sense
Is it beyond the realms of possibility that the Gov have been informed that the tests have been approved for home use, but this has not been officially conveyed to consortium yet? Enables Gov to plan knowing the tests are available, alllows them to give a ‘suggestion’ to consortium that the tests will be required, but importantly means it doesn’t have to be RNS’d therefore not becoming public knowledge and avoiding general outcry for available tests from public and the ensuing breaking of lockdown rules that would no doubt follow if joe public becomes aware they have antibodies in their system
See below my email and also response from Walbrook.
Dear Paul,
Thanks for this information, could you provide some comment on the letter from the DHSC in relation to the court case stating MHRA approval has been achieved.
This information would be extremely price sensitive and therefore needs putting out to the wider markets. First image is the top of the letter sent and then the second one is from later on within that letter

Dear .....,
It’s not really our place to comment on the letter from the Government’s Legal department that was sent on 2 December 2020. You should direct your questions to them if you have concerns over their statements.
The statement from the UK-RTC and the RNS announcement from Abingdon Health on 29 December 2020 (reiterated by Omega) made it very clear where they were in the process for MHRA self-test approvals and made it clear that this had not been granted. Nothing has changed since this announcement, which was issued by Abingdon Health in full knowledge of their obligations under AIM Rule 10 to ensure that information they notify is not misleading, false or deceptive.
Kind regards,
Paul
