I was expecting contract news before end of this week, prior to the kids going back to school.
Hopefully news early next week .
FOMO kicking in should push up price before close of play
By then they would of missed the boat the day the news lands you won't be able to buy 1 share.
Vol. Sold 224,372
Sold Value £199.69k
Vol. Bought 312,852
Bought Value £278.44k
Going in right direction
There are a lot in sticky hands already and we only have 182m shares in issue.
"The sticky hands won’t arrive until they see a contract."
Speak for yourself. My hands are very sticky and I'm happy to average up from a relatively low base when offered the opportunity.
Yes for sure you will see £1 soon will it hold above £1 another question for me there’s not enough sticky hands to maintain a steady rise and hold it’s going to be up and down like a nun in a cucumber patch until there’s a lot more lth dyor gla
thank you.
presumably they were told prior to the newspaper article on 7th - maybe 5th?..so it should have been released by now. very poor show
"regulator - so does this mean the contract should be published by 12/3/21? assuming contract was signed on 10th for rns the next day ?"
If we assume that the contract was awarded (and the key is the date the supplier is told they are going to get a contract - not the day they sign it) on 10 February, the day before the RNS, then the Contact Award Notice should be published by:
- 2 March (if the process was not subject to a standstill period*)
- 12 March (if the process was subject to a standstill period**)
* Normally standstill periods will only apply where the procurement was subject to a competitive process - which this wasn't (that we can tell).
** If there is a challenge raised during standstill, then publication of the Contract Award Notice may be delayed whilst the challenge is sorted.
As I've said before, I wouldn't read anything in to a CAN not being published within the timeframes given above. We know DHSC are repeatedly failing to publish CAN in line with their legal obligations. CANs also have to be published by the purchaser (i.e. DHSC) - not by the supplier.
"The government is required to publish the details of any contract award within 20 or 30 days of that contract award being made. It is not dependent on any conditional aspects of the contract itself being met."

No news for a few days yet in my opinion.
If an RNS was to be released in the short term why would ODX release what they did on Twitter yesterday.
Obviously a good release on man power and what it represents, but it seems not necessary if a major RNS was coming down the line over the next few days.
Or am I talking rubbish?
Fair question: are we ever going to see this Share over £1? If yes when is likely? If no why?
Calm down Wallbrooke2021 - it was just a joke, don't get your pants in a twist!
Are you 12? Every company has to release financials every QTR but I think you know that.
Any newbies in here be warned the forum is full of sharks wanted to panic you and hoover up your shares. No news by say mid April and I'll sell up myself but for now it's a strong hold that RNS could land any day and you don't want to be out of this over the weekend to look at it on the Monday and wow £1.30 so gutted
knowing the weird curve balls ODX contract won't get announced for a year - we will then have lots of tweets that we are manufacturing 2m LFT per week, but can't say who to!
So, on that basis why isn't the share price reflecting a big contract order, or atleast anticipating one.
Could already be factored...
"We all heard what Matt Han**** stated, saving lives comes before submitting administrative paperwork on time."
He tried that line in court - and lost...
Fact is, there is no reason why these details can't be published on time. It's a straightforward BAU process.
What is concerning is that the delay isn't a "couple of weeks" but in many cases months - and for some of the early contracts, coming on for a year.
We all heard what Matt Han**** stated, saving lives comes before submitting administrative paperwork on time.
So expect a two week delay
"Are we 100% that the government will publish the contract within 30 days ?
Is it not dependent on “finding an appropriate test” before issuing a contract ? Also where does TT fit into all of this ?"
The government is required to publish the details of any contract award within 20 or 30 days of that contract award being made. It is not dependent on any conditional aspects of the contract itself being met.
Velatastic- you're right, we've heard the '10 trading days left before' with airport contracts, and many others and yet nothing after the deadline. It'll no doubt be the same here, but we can hope.
Oh please.mr day trader haha
