@Benny-Hill, very grateful for your efforts and every little bit of info helps. Plus you had a good time in the process:).
Ignore those that ask you to provide more, they can do it themselves if it’s that important.
Good luck next week all.
Benny that makes sense, I can still hear the music playing in my head, very slapstick!
Simon I'm not sure if Benny was still working as a milkman by the early 50s. Lowmans I do remember and I believe my brother-in-law's mother worked for them. Not sure about the milk company tho ,was it something like Brown and Harrison?
Assagai. We lived near the very top of the Avenue. We didn’t have Benny, can’t remember the firm that did deliver milk. It was Lowmans for bread and Browns for general foodstuffs. Those I do remember from the early 60s late 50s. Memories!
Who always said he was very funny, before he was famous.
Benny! Interesting choice of name, did you know "him".
For a while he was my Grandparent's milkman in the Avenue, Southampton . He was a couple of years younger thanmy mother
Thanks again Benny, please ignore the ungrateful ****ers!
Keep us updated. :-)
Good afternoon, Mr. Hill. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves the recovery of….
Very covert, love it Benny-Hill
Benny you should have asked the fella who woks there what sort of work he does, find out if he's working in manufacturing. Then you could have found out what they are manufacturing whether it be the antibody and/or antigen tests, the pouching services, or one of the other tests we produce. Didn't you ask him any of these questions? Good try all the same, but so far your journalistic skills are not looking too clever.
Brilliant Benny - I hope you enjoyed your day/evening.
I can never remember anything after a lock in. I hope Benny’s better than me.
