.ger off..
I haven't been to Stirling Castle for years could do with a jolly. Might swing by Durham and pick my old mate Dom Dom up. Lol.
Omega are also on facebook...
Maybe omega could do some more pr via twitter. Its the same old story. I know the score but do new investors know it.. no news until itsvzlid news.
I plan on going to the next investor presentation. Anyone else up for it. We will probably need to book a field for social distancy. Hopefully won't be held in spiv land
I wonder also if this becomes the beginning of prep needed for more corona virus strains which means odx work into poc tests is essential for the longer term future. I am sure if created and at £10 ish each it's far cheaper to manage through these than any other lab tests.
Odx may put something together here that is used for years to come, supports and helps understanding to aid treatments just like cd4?
The second wave when it comes will also cripple the country if not many could die as people won't lockdown the same, government will have to manage differently hence the test and trace, locsl nhs, extra beds, extra ppe. They are preparing for the next phase, testing has to be spot on, the economy won't be stopped it will be done through better management with one aspect being antibody tests.
Newton spoke about a testing regime for the future not just copying what has already been done. Bear in mind far cheaper than the alternative of lockdown and second wave has to be the preperation including antibody tests, but understandably not mentioned too much to the public as yet. Pandemics have second waves just depends how big they are that's the bit to be managed.
Odx aren't daft, they have never communicated just for the sake of it, they are commercially astute and will deliver I am sure if they can
Quite an interesting daily mail article. Stating that don't use these commercial ones on the basis something else is coming and it's also got newtons name within it who is the main man in the testing world. It says they'll meet tomorrow which again is also interesting against a June date, for me this is all still to play for and we await hopefully a poc test that is approved.
More as yet to play out in total here and interesting time ahead
@shampoo...Thanks for the birds eye view of Omega. Much appreciated.
For those of you not familiar with Scotland, Alva is 20mins East of Stirling, and a 40 mile drive from Edinburgh.Alva is a sleepy, nice, tranquil wee place we. We go on holiday a few times every year to a little town next door called Dollar. Dont think the locals can believe the sudden expansion of Omega. .... If you can drive to Alva, have a drive by, it's beside the school, at bottom of nice hills. You will notice signs they are really gearing up for bigger things. Have a little patience, and watch this company go from strength to strength, try not to Micro Manage, and i betcha if you switched your internet off for a week, do you really think this will still be around the 50p mark when you turn on again....yeah, i doubt it. Give it time. This wont be 50p for long, and when it moves, it will move. Im sure a steady stream of news will flow soon...end May, beginning of June. GLA and keep smiling. :)..... And please please lol lay off the politics , ... I'm SNP anyway..... hee hee
