Have you not noticed the many employee share options that have been taken up in the last 10 months?
If you were capable of stating facts...we would listen to you....so, unfortunately, as you are not interested in listening...off to the ignore box with you..
Me stating facts how is that going to influence the share price !
Kevin - ive got to agree - your comments and constant deramping is getting boring - you do realise no one here falls for your rubbish - talk of rubbish - BIN for you
Do you personally know the director's? If yes that's good news thanks ! If not where do get your confidence from ?
Kevin...Im 100% confident that Omega bosses would bite the hand off anyone they could legitimately buy stock from....but the facts are they cannot...so, I'm asking as respectfully as I can, why not listen to sound advice.
ps....please accept my apology if it upsets you.....but there's so much dribble being posted on this site.....I'm finding it a bit boring
There's a tab on this website that details all director deals (including Col in December and others previous in Jul as part of placing at 40p) that occurred within last 10 month and prior to that. Those latest trades represent a drop in the ocean compared to the overall holding by Directors. I don't see any of them selling!
Reality is 2m tests per week from April.....reality is an indigenous testing capability (which we are part of)...reality is £20m + profit per month from April....reality is that equates to c.£5 a share.....reality is a director has bought recently when he could.....reality is that he is now in a close period for buying shares.....
The share price is at or around the price a month ago...but we know a lot more about the likelihood of success. I have bought more, my final top up today.
Good luck all.
What about previous 10 months
"Kevin- Colin can’t buy shares Because an RNS is due on tt, so such a buy could be seen as insider trading. Not difficult is it? Now kindly do what a previous poster asked you to do."
It's amazing how many people opining on this board seem to have a lack of the basics of company law and the share dealing rules...
It's called reality my friend !
I see boring Kev is still boring everyone yawn.
Plenty of previous opportunities ! You are financially astute I would like to pay you NOT to give advice Would probably be the best investment i ever made
