In addition there is no certainty there will be a vaccine. HIV for example, which started in the 80's, we don't have a vaccine yet. For Covid 19, at the end of the day, if no long-lasting protection vaccine is available, it may depend on self-immunity where regular checks on antibodies will be necessary, thus becoming a routine in the future. Making antibodies checks a routine procedure, means manufacturing the test will never stop.
Nice update, sounds positive. Hopefully they crack it this month and get these antibody Tests out there. I honestly do not think they will be able to make them quick enough the demand will be that strong! Gla
I think today’s information is equally as positive as the ceos sky interview on the strength of that huge surge and a speeding ticket today mini surge then fall back nowt as queer as share trading
Agree, plenty of risk here however which should be no surprise.
Does the POC test work, so far evidence suggests yes, sold to everyone suggests yes.
If the virus picks up, pressure and the want for this test increases? Yes I would say
So plenty of risk if everything doesn’t work out but likewise, more virus, POC test approved, customer demand leads to a higher value
When I said CK replied back to confirm commercialisation in summer months some didn't believe that email I shared was fake.
CK was disappointed when they were forced to issue RNS. CK knows what the company is worth for and it will be multiples of today's market cap when they start selling to the retailers. Govt will not be involved in discussions with price negotiation with the retailers. They will of course would like to ensure that hospitals get the kit first before it is sent to retailers.
I expect more RNS about agreement with major retailers like Amazon, NHS about distribution of the kit and also agreements outside of UK.
As mentioned this is the last opportunity to see a rise like NCYT.
