Bushmaster. From what i have read Joe Biden has never made any secret of his belief that he thought Brexit was barking. Biden has not changed his mind. If he enters the White House next January it is most unlikely Boris will be the first to be invited to White house as was May , with Trump, much more likely Angela Merkel.- So no, not in my opinion but if it suits the Us , then yes.
.
Vascular - On the USA, what's your thinking on Tuesdays vote, is Biden a better call to push FDA approvals through for British companies?
L&G will be cleared out Monday as feverish buying takes over. Suspect we'll open higher but still under 90p and anyone with cash to buy at that kind of level is laughing
There will be very minimal current demand for antibody lab tests - all antigen. Being the main player in town for antibody with MHRA approval and the Mologic antigen will be what we need. Breaking free of the government will be the catalyst. Ncyt went off to the races well before the government took any notice
“ The military have also supported testing in schools, with over 1,500 tests carried out by 50 military personnel across three schools. This was carried out as part of a Public Health England trial to evaluate the effectiveness of rapid antigen tests in a school environment.”
Anybody aware which antigen test being trialed in the schools?
RTC tests will be sold to more than just the government according to Colin.. Colin also said the MHRA could go through or further information required either way market will be updated...
Nothing’s changed apart from we know more good news.
Will be intresting to see when the Elisa lab tests start..? Wonder if they can do it for a chain like boots/Superdrug ect?
MHRA approval and Omega is in the big league. This government has ****ed up with Roche and the Chinese testing kits before so its not backing any other test now. This is the one.
Health minister James Bethell said "we are thrilled by the RTC product, both for Britain and export markets around the world.”
Says it all really.

What world is that. Gvmt and city institutions have let omega and the consortium down inmv. What is worse they have and continue to let its citezines down. all credibility with them and the ii holders had gone inmv. Maybe the bod see it as I do
Maybe they find them as a bunch of spivs.
Unless there is a scottish or overseas investor then I feel omega is in trouble. We need a good city backer with connections . We are like a drifting boat with a hoard of treasures fly wheel included waiting to be rescued inmv. After being cast adrift
The US should be performing as many as 200 million Covid-19 tests every month well into next year to have any chance of controlling the pandemic, experts say in a new report.
The U.S. will likely need very large numbers of all types of Covid-19 tests well into 2021 to contain outbreaks while returning toward normal activity, with a particular need for more screening tests that have very fast turnaround times," the report reads.
Every country in the world will be searching for the best tests, and will probably have to settle for inferior products, just to get to the numbers they need.
It looks like there will be enough business for everyone, and if a product is superior in time to result, then they will be the go to product.
Its still cheaper than closing down the economy on the third wave.....

Yes a government that actually knows what they originally encouraged to be set up. With practically zero financial backing. Let alone city spivs who are obviously towing their line.
Our main problem is that we are selling to the government. The critical approval is MHRA - then we are in a new world
Rapid diagnostic tests are integral to the government’s Moonshot plan to carry out up to 10 million covid-19 tests a day by early next year...... kicking off with the £100bn Operation Moonshot programme
involves an expansion of testing from the current hundreds of thousands of tests each day to 10 million a day by early 2021. But how does the government propose to do this?
How will testing increase between now and early 2021?
The documents show a proposed three stage rollout. They state that the UK will carry out between 200?000 to 800?000 tests a day between September and December 2020. This might break down to:
200?000 tests a day on people with symptoms,
100?000 a day on people without symptoms in local areas to suppress outbreaks,
250?000 a day on people without symptoms in the NHS and care homes, and
100?000 a day through national prevalence studies.
From December the plans propose increasing daily capacity to between two and four million. This would involve mass testing of all homes in local areas or whole cities when prevalence rises (430?000 tests a day), testing high contact professions such as teachers every week (100?000 a day), and testing people to allow them to enter high risk settings, such as visitors to hospital and care homes.
The plan then states that there would be “full rollout” in early 2021 to 10 million tests a day, to “enable people to return to and maintain normal life.” At this stage, weekly testing would be made available progressively to the whole population to allow people to go to high risk events by using a “digital passport” to show they have tested negative for the virus.
