starts at 11 am and dont know - its not an AGM is is it - its a GM?? MAybe someone can confirm
Can we dial into the AGM? What time is it?
Im expecting them tp start the positive news from tomorrow - so caution about being out - it may be a longer journey up than we all hoped but up it will go (IMO)
Was hoping for 35p but 36.3 should do the trick. Chart looks bullish for a turnaround. GLA
And what I meant to say was (lol) we don't know what news they might share at the AGM. If I was in their shoes I would want to have something really good to share. They should have a lot to share.
Our sentiment is affected by right now. The reality is we have taken a hit from the fund raise. Also, the reality is that the government have just announced a £10 billion investment in test and trace. There are 4 covid shares and our's is one. We are ready to go with a best in class product and four other quality tests. We are investing in new facilities. PHE are tendering for firms with the capacity for mass production of cv19 tests. The economy is under massive pressure. This firm is not under massive pressure. It has used the money it's raised to invest in expanding its capacity for mass production. It ain't really rocket science.
And II's were kindly allowed to trash the sp before retail even saw their shares, very good of them.
The open offer placing to PI’s to be voted down. It was a gesture to investors, seeing as II’s got the bulk.
I expect a simple all resolutions passed rns and we continue onwards.
Thought it would be a good idea to start a new thread for the AGM. It's being mentioned a lot now in different posts.
So what are your expectations from it? What was be your best and worse scenarios? Possible SP movement?
