Sentiment worsened against the stock after day 2 test LFT removed, Tbf that’s not the BOD’d fault
Nor is not securing HUA EU or U.K. similar
USA CE is down to Mologic
Think we could we all except the above, the issue is the continual tweets / even photos showing Trucks/ Boxes and telling us we had 250 staff etc they made out we were busy but Covid sales were just £1.2M in total for the interims, even though we had EU / U.K. CE - and this would have included Surescreen revenue
So at it stands we don’t have an antigen test we can actually sell today we have cut our staff / agency people but we don’t know to what level and we won’t require 2M a month capacity & the DHSC contract was potentially dead in the water months ago but we were not informed , we don’t know if we have to hand the £17M of kit back and the USA HUA market is not happening
This is where we stand today
Kate ..with all his brains he still backed the wrong horse like us. The difference is that we admitted we were stupid to trust Colin et Al .
He on the other hand doubles down and says as expected and happy with results..etc etc. I dd doubt he expected contract to expire ?
Next he will be lecturing us on dunning Kruger again without any sense of irony..
Regulator- You may not think that I'm that relevant but believe it or not I am an equal to you if you are a shareholder.Doesnt matter if you seem to speak and understand things better than others
Go through your posts then all I'm saying is another untrustworthy poster probably doing one thing and saying the opposite Hmmmm
"Regulator- Reading my posts, well blow me down with a feather thought you had filtered me ?"
Not sure why you think that...
... you're not really that relevant.
I think you said you were binning me can't be sure
@Wadogara : "leave us actual investors to find a way forward out of this mess"
Based on your passed contribution you couldn't find your way out of a paper bag.
I find it amusing that your first comment this morning was, "I had to turn off the filter to find out what was going on", after spending months telling everyone to filter everyone that didn't agree with your musing !
Regulator- Reading my posts, well blow me down with a feather thought you had filtered me ?
@HarveyF: "Had they not sold, in my mind the almost total PI shareholder base would have carried the price"
Sounds to me that you were frustrated they got out before you !
Yes I am being pedantic and It is clear that they abused their positions to make a wedge, but it was more about their action prior and post the sales than the sales themselves, that shows their true nature in my opinion.
You're right @RegUK.
"..the adults are talking" pmsl. Plotting more like. You having a nice lunch there with JHarvey/WHeather/JAdore Moi ?
The Brothers Grim have arrived @Wadogara and @Benny-Hill, this pair have spent months abusing anyone who questioned the activities of the Unicorn ODX, not with reasoned debate and counter-argument but personal abuse.
Run along both the adults are talking !
"Another semi-illiterate moron to add to the green bin."
As opposed to a very literate one who was happy with the results and the direction the company is going....
"Frankly, some people need to take a deep breath, switch off their computer and not look at this share for a few weeks."
yep a lot of those who have ramped this stock and been telling everyone how great everything is - did disappear for a few days. Strange that
"How on earth can you defend that people invested were being told the absolute opposite of the actual facts"
No-one is doing that.
What we have is a group of people who don't understand how these sorts of companies work, or these sort of contracts operate, speculating about what they have or haven't been told, misunderstanding documentation, over analysing simple statements and whipping themselves up into a frenzy, egged on by people who have an agenda and who, only weeks ago, they'd not have listened to... and we mustn't forget those accounts that only appear at certain times and only post negatively.
Frankly, some people need to take a deep breath, switch off their computer and not look at this share for a few weeks.
@Computer
Classy,as ever. I have never known you to discuss, only negate. What's the view like up there ?
There you have it two of the most defensive and positive posters appearing again .How on earth can you defend that people invested were being told the absolute opposite of the actual facts
"It is simple to show that CEO cant do the job and making very bad for shareholder too. How can shareholder form an action group and request extra meeting to kick him and all BOD off then we are looking someone can command this company . It is all lie and tweet all the time about contact and now they said all Covid contact is gone."

@HarveyF: "Yes, the directors selling did force me to sell, unless you think I would accept watching my shareholding devalue, sorry mate no I'm no mug. It was written on the wall that when the directors sold,"
The Directors selling may have led you to believe that it was an indication that the price would not move up anymore and therefore you decided to sell, well fair enough you made a wise decision. But the act of them selling didn't force you to sell, it was your belief that this was an indication of likely SP movement, would you be feeling better if they hadn't sold and therefore you kept your holding just to see it plunge as it as.
If you work on your logic the directors selling did you a massive favour in letting you know what the direction of travel was.
As i say the issue is not their sale, but the fact that the company continued to push the "transformational" narrative whilst they were doing so, so now in hindsight we look back and have to question what really went on and their morals !
Ok Harvey, so as you have sold your shares the financial interest you have can only be to benefit from driving the share price lower - some of us may not like it but this is a perfectly legal and acknowledged form of investing. You will forgive me if as a holder of shares invested in the hope of seeing the SP grow I will view your posting in the light of your stated goals.
@wadogara: I know you are a little slow on the uptake. I have no issue with the act of directors selling, do you expect them to just keep their holding for ever, you muppet !, the issue is were they purposely misleading the market in order to push the price up and whether they acted on inside information at that time, thats the issue here.
Do you need me to spell it out in smaller words for you ?
"leave us actual investors to find a way forward out of this mess". Its idiots like you that have put some in this position, you offer nothing to any discussion than moronic abuse and have done for the whole time you have been on this board... Idiot !
Computer : "I have no issue with the directors selling"
What ! Are you for real ? It's all you've been harping on about for months.Do you not remember your many many posts questioning why Kieran Harbinson had sold up and left ? Do you not remember all your posts about options that have been/are due to be exercised ? You have bombarded this board with a deluge of negative research and hole-picking.Now you cry victim ?!..seriously guys,no-one's falling for this.Back under your rocks please and leave us actual investors to find a way forward out of this mess.Your lies and play-acting are not welcome.Wouldn't be surprised if JHarvey and Computer are the same.
(Had you filtered but so many green boxes today i had to see what rubbish yous were spouting)
@HarveyF: "there actions FORCED me to sell up"
No one forced you to to anything, you assessed the situation, determined your belief and acted on it, as everyone else has done.
I have no issue with the directors selling (they are human), the issue i think most have is did the company mislead its investor base, either purposely or by pure incompetence, and again we all have to make up our own minds with that question and act accordingly.
Stop being such a **** !
I was not going to reply so against my better judgment here goes.
In hindsight I was far to relaxed about the Director sales, my reticence has cost me but knowing how few opportunities there actually are for a Director of a listed company to sell stock and having myself done so, in a rising market to fund a particular purchase I did not give it the significance it deserved. In my own case I knew that fresh share options, at a favourable price would accrue to me and to be frank I needed the money, I suspected the ODX board members had gone through the same thought process, I was clearly absolutely wrong. Although bitter I cannot let this error blind me as to the real opportunity that still exists for ODX - almost despite everything. We will now need no convincing that the ODX board ore useless at sales, useless at understanding the contracts to which they have entered and useless and communicating to their shareholders but I don’t think any of us seriously consider ODX to be useless at manufacturing tests - this is what they do and have always done. Will they be able to cope with producing 100 million tests per annum, I hope so, it’s will be a big shift but I believe they will finally be playing to their strengths. The board have no credibility, of course I agree and if you believe all is lost all you can do is sell, hanging around exploiting the pain and dissatisfaction of shareholders, continually encouraging them to vent their spleen is pointless. Pursue a legal case against the board if you want to but if you remain invested you must look at the opportunities going forward.
Harvey, I have attempted to explain why I remain here and why I am trying to stop crying over my losses, please do us the courtesy of explaining why you are here?
"You and your gang continually posting the same "Bash the share on a free chat forum....all day every very day!!!
What an arrogant person.... Laughable.... But sadly rendered this board worthless !!"
horsey
