MriG,
Saw the results on A.....
Hope you are doing good whatever the stake.
We get the same old numpties on this board as well.
Some very good knowledgable posters on here. MB and many others.
A lot more clued up on the science than my little knowledge.
That also attracts the naysayers and Mr 10 Shares.
And the impatient.
Are you holding ODX for Long term?
Trilla you sold out at 49p on Nov 12th within a closed period.
Finncap did not respond to you, so you threw out your dummy.
There is no substance in what you are arguing about. None.
You have a small short or wish to buy 2000 shares cheaper.
You sold out, now move on. It’s frankly getting boring.
100% agree - tbh, this govt UKRTC is a gift and a curse, noticeably Colin seems more excited about the Mologic test - the UKRTC test means you are at the whim of govt policy and as we have seen with BMJ / Guardian can be used as political point scoring - lets have this as our foundation, with Mologic antigen as the biggy in all senses...........
Too much focus on government sales. People would pay for these tests out of their own pocket. Who wouldn't buy an ABC-19 test if they could order one from amazon next day delivery? Who wouldn't buy a box of antigen tests to test the family before meeting up over xmas? That is where we would be in an ideal world. My guess is this time next year thats more likely where we will be.
it's estimated that Indian population of 1.2 billion given 60% do take part on Vaccine roll out the number of minimum tests required will be in the region of 6 to 9 billion treating about just over 700 million people, however countries like India, Pakistan Iran etc they do tend to force the vaccine on to pupulation its not as relaxed as here so demand will be even more given offcourse they do take orders from British Covid Tests, anything made in Briton is very valuable commodities in that part of region, just my thought
Well said FTH.
Enteleon,
Good post, thanks.
India is a collossal market and it has been noted as is US. With Biden in we have a bigger chance that Trump.
RNS or market sensetive info within a closed period which react an sprice are not allowed under LSE rules.
So all the numpties on this board who email finn and the Colin need to read up on LSE rules, before emailing and spouting things (not to mention the man has more important work in front of him) when the emails are ignored it is for good reason.
Even if one held 1-2% it would be incorrect insider info to give out such market sensetive information whilst in a closed period as we are. NOV 12th is within this period.
I rest my case.
FTH.
ErrHum: I spotted the Immunodiagnostics (IDS) RNS today (their shares on a roll) and the fact that ODX manufacture the allergens for IDS' allergy testing. IDS have just announced a new Covid-19 antigen test.
Pleased to know that Narendra Modi, PM of India, is visiting one of the AstraZeneca plants in India tomorrow, 28th, to make his own evaluation of the upcoming AZN/Oxford vaccine. From prior Press-releases, India has heralded the AZN/Oxford vaccine as to its liking. I understand that ODX has a marketing team in India. With ODX's AB test particularly well adapted to this vaccine, could we see a collaboration between ODX and AZN for a simultaneous roll-out of AB testing/vaccine in India?
Bought ODX quite heavily late this afternoon. GLA and keep safe.
Good shout. I guess if there is a relationship in place it would make sense. I have said before we make tests, the world needs tests and frankly I don't care whos tests we make. Soon to be 2.5m per week capacity so clearly ODX are planning on making them for somebody
I noticed this line in previous RNS relating to allergy testing:
www.omegadiagnostics.com/Portals/0/Trading%20Update%209%20June%202020.pdf
"Omega will continue to manufacture the 69 CE-Marked allergens developed to date, to meet the ongoing commercial demand from the Company’s partner, Immunodiagnostic Systems (“IDS”)"
... which makes me wonder whether ODX will be making IDS new covid tests too (see their RNS today)?
