"simply scum....just being polite as always" Calderkate
Twatch- perhaps if you were a little more courteous and thought more about others then you wouldn't get reaction off other posters here, manners and politeness is all that's required
"just being polite as always"
"simply scum"
"Yes and I stand by what I say"
Whatever you say boris :)
Captain- I think you've posted most of what was in your last post before .
"it's only fact when it happens TB.... in the meantime your last post reads *******s"
Haha..Freddie are you a friend of marik?
It is already a fact that the gov are pursuing the pre production payment. They have asked for it back
It is odx who say they don't believe they will have to pay it back. ..and as we know contracts are not their strongest subject on mastermind
Personally I think odx don't have leg to stand on as they never produced anything -Having read the contract in detail ..
The gov will also want to do their best to claw money back....as they frittered billions abroad and UK companies are an easy target
Trader- So are you hoping or believing in your share purchase last week?
Fredd1e Star.....stop eating Hamsters and get yourself a history lesson.......
ODX don't know their backside from their elbow when it comes to contracts hence why they didn't even realize the government contract had expired......fact
This is historic fact....in the past....already happened and is true. It's as true that anybody with shares in this company live in "Hope" rather than belief.
Ps introduce if/or
It's only fact when it happens TB.... in the meantime your last post reads *******s
ODX don't know their backside from their elbow when it comes to contracts hence why they didn't even realize the government contract had expired......fact
The Government will pursue the £2.5 million.....fact.
ODX will keep quiet about this as it is bad news and emphasizes their vulnerable financial position......fact
In short a company is designed to make money or at least sustain itself. ODX cannot do this and remember they are an established outfit yet still need to instigate funding ventures......not good at all.....fact
They will run out of money and at some point will be unable to raise any further money and then it is goodnight and goodbye......fact
Yes and I stand by what I say untill you prove different that what I was saying isn't true,if and when you provide that proof then
I will be corrected and I will apologise but as that is what you and other posters were doing provide the proof and I will apologise

I don't think it says £2.5m needs to be paid back read what it says
in the contract
Twatch- Where does it say that?
It was always the range of the potential value of the contract, it was never a minimum. The contract was 100s pages long containing literally dozens and dozens of conditions any one of which would mean it resulted in zero output. Its not like "sign this contract, you will definitely get £50M no matter what". . it transpired for example, that ODX needed to have a validated test by a particular date..quelle surprise. It was hardly "signed on this dotted line, and we will give you at least £50M".
In fact ODX now has to paid HMG £2.5M.
Those are the facts.
Twatch- Not a new rule just being polite as always, untill anyone becomes aggressive or attempts to try and ridicule, belittle,or insult then I will obviously speak up for myself
"Not arguing with you as don't know who anyone is on here"
Must be a new rule for kate :)
I think you'll find the contract first stated £50m-£374m so that says to me minimum of £50m ,it was then changed .Not arguing with you as don't know who anyone is on here
If you read the contract and it was publically available, there was no minimum Calderkate. I repeat, there was no minimum order quatity. The contract was a back up that was to be used as a back up. Back ups are often never utilised.
Some people only post certain things on here ,wonder why?
What about the other companies they have taken over ,no mention of that Eh
oke - it shocked me too. I do remember reading in my research that most diagnostic companies don't make a profit but to still be making a loss after so many years is quite a feat
going back through some RNS - they seem to survive on placings and selling bits of their portfolio.
hash tags trades today just got into double figures
I didn’t realise till the other day that Omega had been going for 30 years
No idea how much the accumulated Placings/ Rights tot up to over 30 years ?
Since just before Covid December 19 to now it’s £16M alone - would have been £21M had the full raise gone through
It feels like Omega is a cash cow for whichever directors take over the batton
Not talkin about rabbit holes, just saying that's what Bidstats showed at the start .So who messed up ? ODX negotiating or Bidstats showing wrong amounts or government no doubt we'll find out
