A few key points
Demand picking up for new clients looking to reduce costs
All employees fully working from home
Market cap of £7m and cash held circa £5m
"The Board is pleased to announce that GIS expects to report EBITDA of £1.65million, on sales of £5.8 million for the year ended 31 March 2020. Although this is a 6.8% decrease in profits (2019: £1.77 million) and 7.4% increase in sales (2019: £5.4 million) from the previous year, these results reflect the reduction of overall profit margins reported in 2019 and additional administration cost incurred in association with the development of its subsidiaries. The impact of Covid-19 saw a decrease in event driven equity volumes, but an increase in credit trading.
· Sales ?increased by 7.4% against FY2019
· EBITDA reduced by 6.8% against FY2019
· Net EBITDA profit margins 28%"
Given the current conditions, these seem passable results. The real test should be in six months.
Cash of 5m is almost the mcap of 7 - epecting a 20% gain today.
...and once again this morning, one trade value of £1300 sends the SP down over 13%
Crazy!!
1 trade this morning with a value of £222.00 sends the SP down over 3%

In past years the dividend has been declared with half year results so a moot point for next 6 months
well yes I agree it's undervalued but I would expect the dividend to go tbh given almost every other company has given up theirs
Think it could be a good one - we are massively undervalued. Will have business continuity plans in place to lift and shift operations.
Essentially just valued at cash levels and offers a 7% proven YoY dividend payout.
Cant buy a thing at the minute. But I can sell all my holding.
Cheers Adam. Much appreciated,.

Looking forward to the upcoming trading update
