The problem is that people are too emotionally attached to the company in one way or another. Have a plan, you buy, you set you sell target and you exit. But you have to trade this share. Make your 1x 2x 3x whatever x you decide then move on but don't get emotionally involved. If you want to hang around for the highest price and trust the new team thinking this is the golden egg you will be left holding the keys when the lights go out. You have to treat the Parsons guy and team the way that they treat you. IMHO & FWIW
yes
Do twenty baggers really happen on the AIM market with all the manipulation that goes on
Pps I used to speak to tej so know all their spin.those guys are out. New guys are in with mates. Problem most pis are sitting in the bunkers with deep depression after the carpet bombing off the sp!!!! This is the ideal position to get 10 to 20bagger traction rapidly as once 1p and above buyers realise it will have already 5bagged. Charlie tutall??? Should double up to triple up down here. Not wait for sp to crack past 0.1p. Some say his put in £700k in here???...well 10% of that £70k...10baggs to 0.5p...and he can start to reduce at no loss...if going to 1p. Then he gets his returns. But it is a risk? Living is a risk? Spoke to gentleman yesterday.diagnosed with cancer 12years back given 3months to live.still here. Family member has same cancer diagnosed 2months back.his question to me " who does he listen to 're his cancer"...when I go to see the medics I image a big metal plate between me and them and don't hear 1 word they say!!!
Ps big guys have invested 0.05p and bought 50mill/75mill???
They aren't selling down here.
If £20mill coming with assets...our m/cap 10mill??? Sp at above 0.5p!!!
Lol, the minute you enter aim you are in the wild west period. Why is everyone here? To make money? I told guys to buy mnrg months back when trading 0.24p. No one wanted it. When it kicked off 2weeks back every man and his dog jumping in to pay 0.55p and above???
I had 20mill here in nuog at 0.3p. Told all a scam and sold out.in a week went off to hit 1.6p???
Now it is at its lowest in history and people advising people not to buy and be careful???
So we get the scared ones selling out currently???
What will they do when this cracks past 0.1p and heads to 0.5p??? Will that be the time to buy??? Ride the wave when everyone is actually buying???
This has 10 to 20bagger written on it. Just watched drennan video talking about coro drills/ results.
Now can get 20mill for £10k. I had 20mill for £60k couple of years back and missed £320k.pal didn t even apologise for his advice to sell!!!
I've adviced close ones to shove in here at current sp. And just wait. Irg rns came out of blue . This one imho is going to happen shortly.
It's going to be interesting guys who bought here over 1p. When will they actually average down???
Once news out we could open 0.25p??? And they've missed 5bagger from bottom???
They could invest any amount into Nuog. And it could create a spike or surge. But what is the motivation? The history of such adventurers is not good. There is no money given away. The payback is heavily in favour of the major investors. Any investment is saddled with debt which must be paid back. A high interest will be charged. High salaries will be paid. Mediocre assets will be bought and praised to high heaven. Small investors will be dragged in . People will be scared to sell because they feel they will lose out on higher share prices. The plug will be pulled, the asset will not deliver, and the large investors will be seen to have been selling shares all along as the share price climbed. You might think honourable people do not behave in this way. Or are allowed to do so. Be careful. This is AIM. The wild west. The cowboys are in town and the shooting has already begun. Keep your head down.

If a 20 bagger can be expected, then sell as soon as you see it and then leg it and don't expect anything else. Don't hang around for dividends. A decent Bentley Continental ought to be the result for a small stake.
mcadder the problem you have here is Pinocchio Parson the life and soul destroyer on board !
yup a reverse 20bagger can be expected but dont fret he will be fine and dandy.
I wonder if he will ever show his face again after SOU.
Deal maker extraordinaire
It's been quite some time since I commented on Nuog which back in July some will remember I was a major shareholder here.
Despite what I was told over the 5 months of being heavily invested here I just had a gut feeling that we weren't being told everything and obviously in the end I went with my gut. So this meant that I sold the majority of my holding at a 45% loss instead of a potential 90% loss had I held on to where the current SP is.
I find the current situation here very interesting indeed and the potential bearing in mind the change of direction as well as who is onboard is mind boggling.
If they can successfully deliver and reverse an acquisition into Nuog (which I've no doubt they will otherwise why bother) then we could be looking at a potential 20-50 bagger if Irg/Echo is anything to go by.
Partridge...if the y were to reverse 20-30m in here...with a a deal announced...do you not think this would create some major interest and a surge in SP
"The Company announces its intention to pursue a South and Central American regional exploration strategy focused on multi Tcf (trillion cubic feet), low cost, onshore gas piped to high value, growing market."
well they arent making much if they got in a placing at 0.05p???and are selling at this price???
personally happy to see an irg like response...was in irg with 20mill shares when rns appeared out of blue. 10bagged in 3 hours???
It is appropriate if you are comparing Nuog to Echo of include a comparison to Sound Energy. At the time of the takeover of Irg/Echo the share price of Sound Energy was 90p. The star of Mr Parsons et al was at its highest. Most of the interest in Echo was on the coat tails of what was happening at Sound Energy. The share price of Sound Energy is now 3p. The share price of Echo has fallen and is stagnated. There is little or no interest in Mr Parsons. He has achieved pariah status. There will be little oomph for the deal when it comes at Nuog. It will fall away quickly. Be careful. The transfer of wealth has already started. Notice the buys are small(shareholders) and the sells are big(cats).

It's worth going back on ECHO what was then IRG rns's from 06th March 2017 onwards to get an idea of the sequence of possible events i.e board changes, placing, insti investment, strategy etc etc.
Before someone jumps on me i'm not suggesting events will unfold exactly like this but should give folks an idea as to how they operate or atleast the possibilities.
I'd agree. Highly unlikely to be involved in something like Bentley. Lets keep it real folks.
For perspective worth looking at the target that was proposed for IRG what ultimately became ECHO back in 2017, this is the RNS that contained the £23m insti investment 18th April, the share price had rocketed at this point. This is probably more apt as its something the team in situ executed.

Bentley is history IMO , just like the one LT had hoped to buy for the driveway.
I really don’t see us involved in Bentley every time it has come up over the last 3 years I have dismissed it it is far to big a field and investment for us with high risk and further drills to prove the field up more... I was invested in Xel to the end for three years so I know what I’m talking about with a painful 40k loss...I would see a much smaller field or single rig which has current production and cast flow but might be uneconomical for a larger player... I think we will find out before Christmas.... good luck all invested old and new.
Bentley my arsse!
Hunter,
A rich field indeed with required £729mm investment to create income Q4 2023.
Whalsay have finally identified the strategy with conventional rig, FSO and shuttle tankers.
Can you elucidate further on new directors of Nuog who have the relationships/history where Whalsay may be so seduced.
