Gary Smith.. must stand to ,if he has not already, lost a fortune as he invested all his cash and pensions into the RTO he was 100% confident of it going through .
Take your point Broken, was it 70 odd million shares he had!? Can you be duped into buying that amount!?
We will never know.

The SDX Director change notification says: Jay was previously Executive Director and CEO of Aminex plc, the London-listed East African gas company which is delivering on strategic, operational and commercial initiatives he put in place. Jay is currently a director of several private companies in the investment, energy, and defence sectors.

See Jay just been appointed non-exec chair of SDX Energy. Any clues what this means for us?
Herbie/Jeb, having read LT's posts for years, going back to the III board (I think!), I'm pretty sure the reason he went quiet is because he was duped as much as the rest of us, and in fact probably moreso. IMO he was far more genuine than the majority of posters on LSE.
Now is the time to deploy that ABT production buoy in Dundee harbour?
????

Lets hope Jay has some contacts who are interested in the new licences for north sea exploration early next year.
Agree with that. You wouldn't stay quiet with the amount of shares he supposedly had. More than suspicious.
Lastthrow went very quiet once the scam became apparent. Very suspicious.
They still exist, certainly in as much as they haven't entered liquidation voluntary or otherwise.
They have little to no requirement to notify the members of very much at all as an unlisted public company.
no idea either but they've certainly ceased communicating with "shareholders", for all that they are worth now.
Minty must be laughing his head off thinking back to all those jackanory tales he used to tell and the "heads of terms" with various industry player that were really just an agreement to contract services if they ever pulled anything off, which of course was never going to happen.
Quiet why LastThrow or any of the other "major holders" didn't pursue him for fraud I'll never know, but then perhaps they were complicit?
Did the final curtain close, I think I missed it? Not sure if this is still in existence, obviously nothing by way of a product to trade, fancy hand rails at sea was never a goer but not sure if Jay has got moon trips or similar on the radar!!
Fwiw, I believe they are focused on a couple transactions which are progressing and the hope is to close in the Autumn. No idea what the deals are about and there's no guarantee they will proceed.
Yes, so NUOG replaced with Guardian Global Security, with 0 price associated with it.
