Out of interest, Sharelock, why does this suddenly make sense when you have spent the last weeks evangelising the SPV as the new solution to our financial woes and conveniently sidestepping how Nuog OPEX will be covered throughout all of this? I think today we have a more definitive and logical answer.....
Cob - there was only 1 post this morning and that was by Marbur. I wish I had sold out last week but I certainly missed the boat
Well if marbur was party to insider knowledge, which I highly doubt, at least he saw fit to make people aware, rather than singing the company's praises whilst concurrently selling, which is a more likely source of this morning's pre-RNS sells.....
SBP.. “nudog reported it” Keep taking the pills fella
No, the drop was caused by the placing.....shares always drop after placings, as you know, especially within weeks/months or assuring shareholders there were no placings in the pipeline.
Accordingly, the Directors unanimously recommend that all Shareholders vote in favour of the Resolutions as they intend to do so in respect of their beneficial holdings amounting to, in aggregate, 2,000,000 Existing Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1 percent. of the Company's current outstanding share capital Why the hell would they highlight this. Embarrassing
cheers
Nudog reported it at 11.34
Which poster SBP? I dont read that site
The RNS was announced by a poster on Advfn at 11.34
Tight ship ?
Unless they come to the table with some pretty impressive, I just can’t see anyone taking any shares in this, even if they were to offer a massive discount, imo, I think we’ve finally reached the last chance saloon , could be wrong and hope I am but it’s looking like deliver or die this time,
100% Cob. Could that actually be raised.
If they were to put their money where their mouth is, we would shoot up!
well actually i think it did cause the drop.... the whole thing telegraphed to the market and the brokers how they could screw us.....
yes i agree shareholders asked for it but i dont think anyone understood what was being asked for and the implications of it.
Maybe some inkling into what the company is specifically doing would help
I certainly dont think the OO helped us, Novum would be the driver behind this in imo.
Interesting post from Marbur this morning about his SP prediction, seems to be clear someone has access to inside information before that news was released!
and how about a resolution forcing the directors to put their money where their mouth is?
I am with you here sharelock., i see the positives in what they are saying.
The 2m comment at the bottom was a joke though.
Sharelock, the OO part of the placing didn't cause the enormous drop....come on. And besides, it was shareholders present at the AGM who pushed for it.
Clearly the placing with open offer did not do us any favours and resulted in the sp dropping from 0.9 to 0.2. So i think this had to happen...
worth noting they still could have raised more on current authority...
Think about this..... lets say they drop news and it does a few hundred percent..... i think we would all take a placing above 2p say... currently they will have probelms raising off the back of this rise.
Question is 12th July is now another date in the diary. Shall we play the whole news before EGM game again?
