Shoe zone, Greencore and Go ahead all advanced today. Let's hope NSF is next!!
Great tips thank you very much hell :)
I’ve bought some Ricardo this morning having decided that’s definitely one I like. Very tempted by Greencore (I used to own Bakkavor but sold out to take profits on that), shoe zone, go ahead (used to own NEX but again took profit there) and 7 Digital now too. I’m a big fan of recovery plays generally and these largely fit the bill. Will look to buy in some or all of these over the coming days, cheers!
My favourite is 7Digital, it is a platform business which is already profitable and has fixed capex so as more contracts are brought online, profits go up exponentially. I am hoping for 10p there. NSF is also quite attractive as we all know!
Shoe zone has a trading update scheduled on Tuesday which I am hoping will be a good since stores opened on 12 April and should give them Superdry style lift
I should have also mentioned Greencore, they are do a Bakkavor style lift up, Morrisons supermarket came out this week saying food to go sales are up again so Greencore is hugely undervalued IMO. All my opinion of course!
Thank you for the WSG tip unknown_trader - will have a good look at that. It looks interesting and price very low!
And thank you hellyeah for the list! We must have a similar approach because I too own Costain, Hiscox and Bab****, Also held Saga for a chunk of last year but stupidly lost my bottle on that before V day came along :(
Of the rest, Ricardo and Go ahead definitely interest me. Shoe zone looks decent but suffers from illiquidity? Centrica not sure about and 7Digital looks arguably the best multi-bag possibility of the lot but also the greatest risk. Do you have a personal favourite from these?
Archy, some amazing UK businesses out there in many sectors that can do at least one bagger! My list below. It will require patience though. Always DYOR
Costain
Ricardo
Hiscox
Go ahead Group
Shoe Zone
Centrica
Bab****
Saga
7Digital
"If the Scheme is not approved by the Court, then Amigo is highly likely to enter into administration".
How does this affect this stock? Will it tank? Or will the mkt think main competition out of the way?
It was quite a decent jump on not so much volume, interesting and fingers crossed it continues, L2 is looking better on the BID side.
Archy147, keep an eye on WSG, they will probably remain at 4p-4.40p until Speadex sell their remaining stake but there is potential. Not a long term hold as the CEO will end up doing another placing at some point as he’s known for that.
Agreed, this is the best multi-bagging opportunity left in the market that I can think of. AMGO also decent although that arguably has already exhausted some of it's potential.
If anyone has any others, please me me know...
NSF is a great opportunity if people can spot it. Recent equity placings in other companies haven't resulted in sp drop in fact it took off. Take a look at Kier and Mitchells & Butler. I am looking forward to equity raise to remove that overhang and then progress to 20p+ hopefully!
Maybe a buy the dip trade since wall st has turned around a bit? We were down now up in past couple of hours
