Yes - these directors who have overseen this company should never be allowed to run a company again. I had a fairly small holding in my pension fund but reading all the RNS news you would think the company has done well. An absolute shambles and a disgrace the way they've been allowed to run it by the non exec directors. One of the reasons why people dont trust the stock market
Well all the lights are now turned off. Utilities disconnected and demolition starts Monday. What a complete farce this company has been. Amigo however are in a structured wind down and shares still bouncing around.
Tbh I just don’t get the gambling side of shares. Trading/investing in turd shares seems irresponsible. This was non fundable the moment they released the first RNS with the £95m raise - £14m allocated to redress. Given what has been seen in similar shares with more reasonable rejected terms - this was doomed at that point and almost put together for that outcome.
I don’t see how anyone can hold more weight on anonymous bulletin board posts than they do over their own capital. Seems bonkers to me.
NSF failed themselves, shareholders and redress claimants are simply collateral damage on top of that.
Reincarnated I’ve been speaking with Neil for many months on this and all I can say he is true to his word when it comes to his trades, there are many Billy bulls on these boards but I can say Neil is not one of those. The spread here was horrendous at times and it made this share untradeable.
Why so serious Neil ?
The demise of NSF really seems to have upset you. You’re telling me that I can see your trading history through your posts ? Please explain how that works… is it linked to your trading account and bank statement with pictures and presentations ?
Yuri absolute madness to buy here with that spread I agree.
Someone bough 4.7k worth about 3 hours before the delisting RNS!
Hmmm just type what ever sh ite comes to mind and ignore the truth hey 2reicarnated!!
Never had a penny in this 1 as my posting history shows.
The spread always made it untradeable, admittedly thank god.
My history shows all my buys and sells etc!
Have you ever actually put a penny in a stock yet 2reicarnated?. Doesn't read like you have LAD!
Eventual outcome very well known in advance.
I wonder who were those holders ending up with any shares of no value and even what was the reason for buying these last days..
Neil. They sound like the bitter words of someone who done his nut on NSF.
Better luck on the next one lad
A total shambles from the start to finish, poor management all the way through.
Turn the lights out and close the door.
Gone !!!
True but then again CINE and AMiGO have stated exactly the same and AMIGO did nearly 500% 1 day!
I agree it's hard to understand and I don't get it too.. but if you can't beat em!!!
I agree that distressed shares offer great opportunities to make fast money at very high risk, This woman slightly different as they specifically said there was no outcome that was good for shareholders. There was no long shot or white knight potential, just a guaranteed failure. Just amazed people weren't selling everything they had down to 0.0000010p
Well firstly you can't invest/trade here as its delisting tomorrow so already a pathetic comment you made.
Secondly this is not long term ftse100 investing its day trading!!
Thirdly if you read my comments I said NSF wasn't worth even trading because off the spread
Finally making 20% profit for a few hours work on a couple of grand is brilliant when you do pick the correct distressed share. I've made 100% plus a few times.
Read a thread properly before you comment...Now f c u k off back to Amigo
Has to be better ways to make +20% on your capital than investing in turds.
More likely to lose 100% here, what a thrill.
HallsWorthy
Your welcome.
I have for sometime now followed all these distressed shares that are about to go bankrupt/delist etc and if the spread is low enough (this one was ridiculous, and could never be traded) people will have a gamble.
They don't gamble because they believe the company will come good, its already over, they gamble in the hope someone else will gamble then another and another and you can make an easy 20%.
The key points are;
1] Study the latest RNS and follow them carfully
2]Buy at the year low( it's hard to get it right but if you do you know no-one before you has a lower price
3] don't get greedy. Take a good 20% profit
4] be very mindful of the spread. And watch it over a few days if it stays around 33 - 66% forget about it.
5] keep an eye on the volume.. Big volume early in the morning compared to a company average means it could be a good spike
If there is a half decent RNS before the end of the company these shares, like MEAL, ITS, Moorses Club and more recognisable names like Amigo and Cineworld can make you good money.
Finally I'll add as more and more of these distressed shares have these 100:% spikes more people notice and they get involved in the next gamble, thus adding more chance of a spike as more people get involved.
It's basically a pyramid scheme/gamble and Warren Buffet would have a heart attack at this kind of behaviour but if your savvy enough you can do OK.
Which wise guy lost £150 in four minutes, lol !

Neil777, thanks for the replies. I still dont understand why anyone would buy even 1 share in a company that is bankrupt and about to delist? Why would/should there be any spike at all?
I totally get the gambler philosophy what exact scenario are they gambling on.
I'm annoyed i didn't short this (didn't even check if it was possible) when the RNS came out but just too concerned id misunderstood something
Mazik, DND & Lporter - are you guys still buying ?
1st time for everything ey
Thank god I didn't touch this one Reardon95 .
I was offered 0.071p yesterday and I may have gone for it had the spread not been about 66% and ot was
0.051p to sell.
It was then back to 0.080p this morning to buy and 100% spread. A complete joke
I feel sorry for whoever paid that 0.080p with a 4 grand buy. More money than sense with the way this spread was and then 3 hours later they dropped the delisting RNS
One more day of trading here then, big sell off predicted tomorrow!
Sorry 0.0758p etc etc.. I missed off a zero
Wow 2 700 quid sales moved the sale price from 0.75p to 0.55p basically 30% lower.
I wonder if news about the delisting is about a date for proposed delisting will land.
If so I'd expect another 30 or 40% drop that morning but if the spread stays around 20% advertised [so about 12% really.. It may see a spike or 2 before the end.
It's currently 0.758p to buy but my advice would be to wait for the delisting RNS
All IMO
Tell us more
Nice bounce here this morning, spread is ridiculous!
