UG - I don’t understand. They signed the JV in December. That’s 5 months. They wouldn’t have converted anything before entering into a proper JV .
Volz have only been converting their production line since the 10 February 2022 RNS (that's if they are converting, we haven't been told anything different) ...and that's if they started the same day... Just over 3 months ago... I briefly worked with a major tea factory and their production line conversion took 11 months...... Again UG its chicken bones in the air bud...You are guessing, speculating and assuming the worst. Slice of regret with your humble pie Sir....
Trisor I would add NNN have given Volz directors 51% of the JV and now 5% of NNN if Volz convert their production line. If Volz thought this was game changing technology they have got this into production and out to the market 6 month after proof of concept yet hear we are a year later and nothing on Volz's website.
£49.50 is what they invested for their shares in Virosynth. As yet we don't know if they are converting the production line so until we have news to that effect £49.50 is all they have put in so far.
UG- they get the warrants on conversion, so would have incurred the cost first. Ofcourse that is if we are being told the truth and things haven’t changed. The point is that on the face of it 49.50 is hyperbole of the highest order.
Can I finish your post Unitedguy...
And if 1,2,3 or 4 happens the SP goes vertical....
No Trisor, we have been told the Directors of Volz will get 500,000 warrants subject to Volz converting the production line.
I don't have a next buy price and will not have a buy price target of any sort until one of more of the following happens
1. The Virosynth products or product news is on Volz's website.
2. RNS saying Volz have converted or will convert by a set date.
3. RNS about an acquisition and I have done some rudimentary DD.
4. RNS stating some other high value contract has been won.
Without these the SP will just decline to Finals after which it will tank.
United Guy this is a big misrepresentation if what we have been told is true. Allegedly they are converting their equipment. So the cost of that is a fairly decent investment
What’s your next buy in price UG?
Caslte the Volz family and the UK Volz director have invested in Virosynth £49.50 between them.
REMEMBER
VIROSYNTH
Volz 245 shares
NNN 510 shares
JT 245 shares
What you have to remember is volz family have invested in VIROSYNTH,,
They can see the future of nano filters ..
To buy and modify volz machines to take our cloth must of cost millions for a slice of VIROSYNTH/ NNN

Yep DrM. Thanks to Muffins zero comms policy its all heresay, gossip and searching companies house for any scraps of news. Even if he had come out and gave a timeline of 1 year or something to convert Volz production and have products on the market at least we'd know. As it is, the old saying about mushrooms springs to mind... kept in the dark and fed on BS
Totally agree TheSyrup, hence the SP.... we can only evaluate and make decisions on what information is available. Mr Duffin has done a great job in restricting anything getting out. Well, that's if there is anything...Its all speculation until an update... have a nice weekend...
Yes ExMS, all old news. Midland Filters was bought by Volz in 2019. Small firm based out of Northampton.

Nothing to suggest those machine tools bought by Volz Engineering are anything to do with Virosynth. They may or may not. Time will tell with that one.
Virosynth have no products on the market. Nothing on the Volz or Midland Filters websites. No mention anywhere. Again, time will tell what happens there.
All good CP thank you, hope you are well too mate. I can see this spiralling into mayhem so I will wish you gentlemen a great weekend.
Article was PUBLISHED APRIL 22, 2022.....
CP you maybe an x Aircon Engineer shame you are not HVAC sales and marketing for Volz or NNN as they dont seem to have anyone, or maybe its such a major advance in HVAC they want to keep it completely secret.
re your maths below 1+1=2 ditto no RNS update+nothing on Volz's website=nothing happening.
This JV has less credibility than the VKE mask £17M BS
DR Micho , i hope your well sir..
I can see a massive future now i see the path is clear..
I know we are all massively down but its kept us here holding on..
Gut feeling and my experience in Aircon we have a massive future with the backing of the Volz family ...
