If I may
Really appreciate your reply.
I wish you were CEO - then maybe you could tell the Biscuit Boys to FO - as the LTH here are suffering enough with the BOD / Shambles.
One has to admit - If Trevor (Brown) - was still in control - we would all be millionaires by now - Rodney?
For Old Times Sake
Thanks again
Regards and good wishes

Thank you for your reply. It was good to have your opinion about where things stand with this company. I have similar views to yours.
Mark Duffin has relaunched the company during recent months and has some good ideas as to how to move it forward. He still has a lot of work to do. He will probably need more finance to bring his plans to fruition, and we may see a cash raise through issuing extra shares by way of a placement to enable it all to happen.
It would be good to have further news about the as yet unfulfilled Indian contract, which is hopefully ongoing. Additionally that the company's sales team are able to negotiate further contracts. As others have stated today, a JV deal will need to be negotiated with an experienced manufacturer in order for this to happen.
Your point about the fact that further updates might be incoming, ahead of the anticipated three months, based on what was written yesterday is one to watch out for. Perhaps Mr. Duffin has kept details of some possibilities that might happen back, so that he would have some good news forthcoming to stimulate interest in the company?
I am confident that future progress will be made, but have little idea about the time needed for the requisite growth to occur. As I have stated earlier, I intend to stick around indefinitely in anticipation of future profits, whenever they happen.
Thanks again for sharing your viewpoint. It is much appreciated.
I don’t disagree, he should apologise and I once said an investigation is needed. I have had time to reflect on this and he’s not going to apologise. Looking back at past interviews he comes across as one of thous that’s far to intelligent to realise he’s being insensitive ( sheldon Cooper comes to mind ) he’s not a business man he’s a scientist and he’s got a product he knows can do well. He’s currently his own worst enemy , however as it’s stands he’s not said anything for a while which means either they where under an investigation from the FCA and there is not obligation to tell us share holders (unless it’s related to certain criteria). Or Mark and the rest of the crew have rained him in.
The problem I have was the RNS was completely unnecessary and it didn’t need that much detail as it was only sent to explain the 40% rise. The new CEO I thought was more capable and I would have thought he would have been intelligent enough not to send such a pointless RNS especially when he’s gone this long without an update. That’s my worry I have and I said this morning and other times. Personally we need much more help and that will only be a JV or buyout
Widglide, he needs to be punished or the very least apologies. He even has the audacity to say he doesn’t like money, sat on nearly fifteen percent of nnn. And what gets me is, there are muppets on here, after all cave has done, they come to his defence.
That’s the catch 22 thou , you sack him we have no business , despite his lies and fake news he’s the one responsible for what we believe to be a future. He knows this and he’s fully aware of the control he has.
Hi DrM, they have been doing this for a long time, there is never no proper explanation or follow up. I feel the same as you and completely agree with you, moment there is a positive momentum, the bod release an rns to ground the sp on porpoise. That rns they released yesterday and the ones before need a lot of follow up, but the bod will go silent. It is obvious they are doing something in the background, so why not explain clearly what they are doing.
Like I said, I am waiting for the next 2 RNS’s, one down and one to go. If the next rns is gibberish, I’m up for protesting.
Like I said the RNS was mainly because they had to send something as they have to justify the rise in sp over 40% with no news. Exactly what you said 100% , they could have said most of what they said months ago and again this may have helped the SP as people where expecting the vision from the new CEO. The RNS they should have sent was just a simple we know no reason for the rise end of. If they are conducting new agreements and pricing why didn’t they just wait and see what the new deal would have done for them. Yes it would annoy us even more but at least the SP wouldn’t have suffered that much.
Dulcet tones my arse....Bigger Boat my arse...Machine purring away producing 5 million a month my arse.... Indian partnership my arse.... the list goes on....
Afternoon poorinvester, I wasnt going to comment today but i agree with everything you say mate.
I am a little annoyed at the timing of the RNS and the complete lack of detail. Most of the information in the RNS could have been released weeks if not months ago. Why release an RNS when sentiment had just changed in our favour with information about 45000 masks to India....That has buried the SP as no one believes we can fulfil any mask contracts......Now that information could have been released long ago...There is no detail stating why the 250000 masks were delivered, there is no detail on Volz in relation to masks, nothing on the filters either, in fact there is no detail on anything.....
The more i think about the timing and content of that RNS the more i think it was intentional to drive the SP into the floor. The BOD's have no regard for shareholders and shareholders have no confidence in the BOD's, hence the SP....
The only real problem with this company, I see is the disregard for shareholders. Gareth Cave last year saw an opportunity to take over a large company, from his bedroom setup, so pounced on it. TB and gang made loads of money. The bod and companies involved are probably making loads of money and share holders are kept in the dark. We are treated like crap because of Gareth Cave. He tweets we need a bigger boat. He says live on tv, the mask machine is producing 5 million masks, but it isn’t. I could go on.He says they are negotiating contracts but they are not. Yesterday’s rns contradicts previous RNS’s, and cave is allowed to get away with it. We need to do something about cave.
I am still really confident, this will come good as they have over 4 million in the bank and a new ceo. Also yesterday’s RNS wasn’t negative, it just was they are going to do this and this, but what about the stuff you were going to do before?
If there is any truth in yesterday’s rns, this is going to fly. Like I said I only go on RNS’s. And yes Dr Cave has lied in the past.
Thank you for your response Kainos.
May I reciprocate my stating that I have equally respected your comments throughout the time that I have been visiting this board this year.
Sadly, I am unable to help as regards short-term selling. It is outside my investing experience. I regard myself as a straightforward value investor. Although I have mistimed my investment here to an extent, I am of the opinion that there is long term future value in this embryonic company. We have, thankfully, parted company with the previous interim CEO and would appear to be back on track with the current leadership. This having been said, there is a long way to go before this company achieves significant growth.
Regards and good wishes.
bonga.
I have read your thoughts as regards the status of the company, and the time span that it might possibly take for it to grow above its current embryonic state. I am in agreement with your viewpoint and it now looks as though there it may take a considerable time for it to move towards significant profitability.
I made the mistake of commencing my investment too early. Although I have averaged down considerably, I will need to remain a invested for at least another year to achieve a significant return on my investment, which I see as a minimum time span for any company of this nature to promote sustainable growth.
Like you, I see the future value in nano technology applications. Nanosynth currently offers a practical solution to counter the problem of coronavirus in schools, hospitals, work spaces and commercial outlets . All of these involve people in confined spaces and Dr.Cave’s technology provides a straightforward solution to significantly lower the danger of circulating virus entities. This problem is not going to vanish overnight, and may be with us for longer than was first thought.
I look forward to learning what the company makes of the aforementioned technology in the first instance, and subsequently, how it intends to develop its products across the P2F product spectrum.
Regards, and thank you for sharing your viewpoint on this board.

Goony has allegedly almost lost his Gooner shirt on NNN but still aparantly holding - but cannot help posting constantly negative narrative.
Is that a self defeating purpose - or just a troll?
Who knows any more eh ;)
Shame
Covid Killing masks and ALL VIRUS / New Variants / World wide demand
Oh Well

Yes grandad , preaching is easy , like being a critic is easy, all wise after the event, the crooked pumping , with the share price going up by the minute is what has caused any to jump in and now very much underwater., those concerned we’re very lucky not to be investigated, and may yet be.
TLWilliams.
Ever respectful and very fair posts.
My take is that the TECH is way ahead of the - to date management (Not the scientists) - sadly....
I agree NNN does need a bit more time for new CEO to get a grip - the agree things will perk up - massively.
As you come across as a seasoned and reasonable Investor - can you help me with one Question please.
Is there any mechanism of being able to "Short" NNN stock that you know of?
Is that actually possible ? T20's / CFD's / MM shenanigans / Fraud etc
Apologies - I'm a gut investor who loves the idea of Future Tech but have limited AIM experience (learning fast LOL)
- but feeling a bit let down by the mechanics of making it all happen.
Just being honest
Regards and Good Wishes
Goonerboy, we’ll just have to agree to disagree then. No point lowering ourselves through getting into a spat.
Sharkie.
Yesterday, you wisely suggested that I should re-read the RNS, without further clarification. I did just that and it proved to be good advice as I discovered new insights that I had previously missed.
Have you read Widglide’s comments thoroughly? As a committed Nanosynth investor I would suggest that this would be a good idea, as insights are offered, which are as supportive of the company as anyone can be under the prevailing circumstances.
I would appreciate some feedback as to your thoughts also. At the moment what you are offering is a copy of a contributor’s post together with a brief one line comment, without any justification. If you prefer to function this way, do carry on. Your commitment to this company is unequivocal, and you have earned my respect. However, your thoughts about the company would undoubtedly add further positive contributions to this board.
Regards and good wishes.
abrooking.
No one would disagree with your comments, applied to the way that the company was managed by the previous interim CEO and his acolytes.
However, there is now a new CEO in harness, and he has laid out a future direction in which the company will proceed. Your aspiration that the business would become an up and running manufacturing giant with massive sales is a falsehood. The RNS regarding mask sales to India has indeed been proven to be a case of overstating and under delivering as you say. This is a setback, but the company can now be built on solid foundations, and not on the base of sand that was previously presented in underwhelming presentations including Dr. Cave’s in a low level investor podcast interview.
There have been first rate comments from bonga, and Widglide earlier today. Both have coloured my thinking, and added to my knowledge. Reading these comments informed me about the future direction that the company may well take.
I wish you well, and look forward to an improvement in this company’s fortune. This will undoubtedly provide investors with a measure of encouragement.
"Research" wouldn't have been able to tell anyone that the company was unable to sell allegedly world class masks during a two year long pandemic or that the board was basically a cheap Chuckle Brothers tribute act.
Goonerboy, I invested before the masks came about and saw the company then for what it is. The question of the masks changed the situation and pulled in masses of investors on a purely speculative basis. My underlying point is that many people invested without doing any research so if they lost money, well, they bought the ticket and took the ride.
Investing in any business should taken seriously and based on research. Whilst investing in any business can be seen as somewhat of a gamble, it shouldn’t be treated like a lottery. Anyone that takes the latter view is bound to be exposing themselves.
The RNS now demonstrates that the company now has some strategic direction that has a far better chance of delivering longer-term shareholder value than previously. The potential is now there but it’s still unlikely that a fast buck will be made. Anyone rushing in without researching first really only has themselves to blame if they lose thousands.
I said 55 could be the bottom but looking at it 50 may be on the cards.
folks can make Trevor Browns butt shine all they want but the fact is we have a niche product in the right market and the team is clearly demonstrating an inability to sell it frustrating isnt the word the sp would have smashed 10 to 20p plus if they knew what they were doing
I have my own business already but this is something that I am launching currently
It would have been fantastic if NNN could have done this you would watch many governments sign up in a jiffy and may even subsidize it
What they should do is just do it!!
In order to reduce the cost of sale, a UK and overseas network of distributors is being established to supply masks and related products which incorporate this advanced patented technology.
We should make a mask with every countries national flag on it
Folks would be proud to wear their nations flag and some might even wear other nations flags
I think this would make many million of masks sell
I took a face mask with me on holiday, it had that countries national flag on it and the locals loved it they were so jealous
If they truly want to bing value to shareholders in the short to medium term its ideas and strategies such as this that they should be focusing on and then they can honestly say were going to need a bigger boat
agree to both posts
we would have been better off keeping the machine and letting shareholders run it at least we would have fulfilled the 250,000 order to date
rns focusing on milestones WHAT BLOODY MILESTONES!!
