Dear All,
Meanwhile, over at IQAI, we seem to have a problem with the BoD. The problem seems to be one that you had.
I have now had interesting conversations with fellow "whistleblowers" re: the IQAI problem.
Thankfully, IQAI is "main market" and therefore more accountable ... and the SEC (USA) in particular is more prone to investigate any claims due to this. IQAI has USA-based BoDs.
Just to note, I am not a sizeable investor in IQAI, I just don't like to be treated with disrespect ...
Is there anyone here who has the time/inclination to chat through your RMS/NNN problems with me?
Please email me: iqaicomplaints@gmail.com

Mild humour: I have just seen that even Aldi have a copper infused product, a pillow !!!
Luckybob23,
I know the tech re copper worked thousands of years ago, but it was the advancement into its use in masks as micro particles that was the innovation.
You can't equate the NNN tech with such as copper used as they did 1000's of years ago.
I stand by my post of 13th.
"Somewhere along the line, there has to be fraudulent behavior.
Take the Covid mask saga alone. If the copper tec part of the mask worked, and part of that tec worked in air filters as stated in at least 1 RNS, then there has to be some value in the patent or/and the IP.
If the tec did not work, then surely that has to a case of fraud on a stand alone basis, due to what the company promised in it's adverts, regarding the protection given by the Covid Masks.
No one, especially the FCA appear to be interested."
Rooky, the tech worked, it dates back 1000s of years.
The only fraud committed here was by lying rampers who flooded this board and every other board during covid, dragging anyone in they could so they could ten bag on a trade.
The country was desperate for solutions , it was a great idea but as soon a vaccines came out the concept was too expensive to implement and sell , it was no longer a viable business. They tried to get production going , They tried to expand into other niche markets to make it viable but ultimately it was a novelty and the interest wasn't there.
Before anyone comes at me with "we're gonna need a bigger boat"
It was an off the cuff remark based on his much interest was shown pre vaccine, perpetuated by ramping day traders who sold up as soon as they could see it was going down. Probably them sending continuous fake emails expressing interest in ordering the product to cave in the first place.
That's the reality
BRH seem to be due a windfall too with the Proposed sale of Phasefocus.
Didn't TB have links to Barnsley?
Coincidence?
It says the Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship is based there....maybe why so many small companies are listed
Old Linen Court

Barnsley

Shambles Street lol, you couldn't make it up. Loads of firms are using that address as well.
Companies house has changed all of Dr Caves Companies address today.

Correction: just saw an email from T212 saying the delisting was now complete. Worst "trade" of my life by far...
Afternoon all.
Just saw a sell order on T212, put in back when NNN went belly up last year, finally went through today. For a massive loss of course... Would this be the broker/platform tidying up the shop or evidence of market activity for the stock once more? Im guessing the former.
It would be good if Dr cave was able to help share holders to get some of our money back.🤞
Yes I agree, very strange to be able to post here , it's still alive but not kicking, Dr cave what's going on ?
Castle
Complete radio silence from them…
The company, as per Companies House still shows as active.
Company status
Active
Still has 4 Officers active ( what the hell are they doing).
Still nothing received from my official complaint to the FCA.
From previous contact, I know it's not worth chasing up, as last time I did so, I was ignored.
And they wonder why confidence in the LSE by private investors, is almost none existent.
Still making deals this fraud.

I think it is very unlikely, but not impossible.
The Tec might be sold off (if it is any good of course), but even if it is, then us PI's as usual will be at the bottom of any others, including creditors.
The big problem is, that due to the less than truthful and frank disclosures by the board over the last year, we have no idea just how much if and the company had in it's coffers.
From RNS 29th Sept 2023, The Company is currently preparing the full year results for the year ended 31 December 2022 and Interim Results, and it is anticipated that these will be released together.
I have more belief that Santa is real, than the chance of ever seeing the companies accounts, although if there is any justice, even in insolvency figures should have to be published.
Will this ever rise from the dead?
Cheers Ijsimons,
It's a hard fight, but still determined to go the distance.
@Rooky, keep up the good work matey!
Trevor Milton, the founder of Nikola has been sentenced by a Manhattan court to 4 years in prison for fraud.
The Judge said, "The sentence should be a warning to start-up founders and corporate executives everywhere, fake it till you make it, is not an excuse for fraud, and if you mislead investors, you will pay a stiff price".
Milton had claimed that the company had firm orders worth $4bn, which was proven to be a false claim, so off course I am not saying that any person involved in NNN is guilty of such behavior, as no one connected to the company has ever stated such firm facts, but due to the multiple complaints to the FCA, I would like to see them conduct an in depth investigation.
Not holding my breath though.
Are the next NNN.
I have many expensive lessons on AIM shares as they behave out of controls and create pump and drump trend. It is the same gambles as win or lose very quick, I am only buy share from FTSE 250 or FTSE 350 with very bad new but having good business on long run they will recover . not as AIM shares , infact I recover all my lose from the day when I buy and hold FTSE 250 shares and make some money.
My favorites only choose long run and bad new so share will be dip but avoid big debt situation, That is all buy and hold over three months , a lot share will recover from dip and make a lot money from that point.
This is the way make money not funny thing to do , the trouble peoples like buy now and it up tomorrow. that is big trap as if it is too good it will down on next day.
