Autonomy - it was probably all part of the same deal - they were proteges of Shetty - dunno but it's smaked the s/p down and if the business is OK there is money to be made in NMC
You may all be right in what you have stated that he has been shafted I hope that is the case and we move on
What I was trying to infer was why should the 3 directors sell 20% of the company all at the same time .Just doesnt feel right
? - what big picture - it's clear the shs were sold on the market - what are you inferring?
Ha, ha, I find it a bugger when someone sells 10 million of my shares. Not only that, but they didn't tell me who they were!!!
Say no more you are only looking at the share price try and look at the bigger picture of why and how all done without the companies knowledge
Autonomy look at the chart - the s/p dropped from £13 to £7 in 3 days when Shetty sold - its not rocket science!
Sorry dont buy that they can suddenly sell over10m shares just like that on the market
The market! - you know anyone who wants to but shs
Yes I know they have been sold but to who
The shares were sold on the market hence the drop from £13 to £7 over the period they were sold
My only concern would be where have the shares gone this is 5% of the company surely they haven't been sold to 20 individuals,so who has them and why no rns as to who the new major shareholder is
Unless they have been bought by the company who may take it over and everyone is trying to keep it quiet
Nobody knows! That was the message from the RNS.
not much
How many has Shetty got left?
Don't think it will have any impact all that was already known
Market will think Shetty can sell the rest of his shares with no disclosure requirements.....
How will market read that?
