Mr d does not hold in nmc or tullow, he is full of **** and loves the attention
Bang on 800p. Bang on 1000p this week please.
Na i fancy £20 here. Wait 3 years. Then im done. F tullow. For that to get to 140p greta thornburg has to be killed
don't know what your avg is here Mrd but £12 must tempt you esp. if Tullow goes into the 30s.
this will settle in the 770s today imo. a modest rise for a Monday. trades won't want to hold into tomorrow. MMs like to gap down at the open just like this morning.
DBNO - How do you work that out? When it's already through 792.6p??? Don't be giving yourself a pat on the back!!! I personally think it will close above 800p today. What do you have to say to that?
Behave dbno. I thought you said resistance was futile lol
still struggling to hold 792.6p
Apologies! Ha I had to go as he’s linked too strongly to Mr Khalifa who resigned on Friday :-)
Johndoe this time in English please :)
Hani had to buy as his link to Mr KBBO was far too strong due to other KBBO business interests and Centurian Partners etc. I wonder whether this could impact on the Guggenheim KBBO joint venture? The repercussions are huge.
adzy I am on here for your comedic value :-)
That’s a shame
This board is worst than social media some of the abuse you get given when you’re right.
Hi Adzy, I took myself off of twitter not because I am out of this share, but on Saturday on the back of the Caroline Flack suicide where I decided that much of the problem lies with social media. Hence, besides a little dabble on here, I am now a social media free person, which in fairness I have been for the vast majority of my life.
Hey Freddie Tash... Where you go? Why did you delete your Twitter after you got stopped out?
This Cooperguy is so high - still talking about takeover lol
At £8? You either blind or purposely being stupid
The day traders here are not directors of a FTSE100 company with the responsibilities that imposes on them.
Cooperny,
The figures are bull****, that's why directors gone!
JAdam “the gall” pmsl. What exactly has the company done wrong? As opposed to the major shareholders with their personal holdings, over which the company has no control. You are confusing the company as an operating entity with it’s shareholders. Does every day trader here inform the company of their changing shareholding? Of course not.
good morning what a nice day it is ,,,,
Adzy, if there is further dirt, and the company knows about it, they are obligated to inform the market. I appreciate that some Aim companies try to keep bad news under wraps, but a FTSE100? I think not. All the dirt that has come out relates to the major shareholders using their stock as collateral, and the sp fall has been driven by margin calls being sold out immediately, whatever the price.
I regard this as good news. And I don’t think Shetty is about to sell his remaining holding.
Calamari, indeed. It's about far more than the share issue.
No matter how positive you want to be, it is shocking that something has happened that has caused a FTSE100 company to have to rid itself of 4 directors. Suspect a major downward movement on opening if only due to the lack of clarity, hope not but something has to be done to instill some confidence.
Shetty resigned because he had not informed the BOD or the market about the transactions he had carried out with his shs - the other directors were nominated to the BOD on behalf of Shetty and the other major shareholders as stated in the RNS's :under the terms of the Relationship Agreement between the Company and Dr. B.R. Shetty, H.E. Mr Saeed Mohamed Butti Mohamed Khalfan Al Qebaisi and Mr Khaleefa Butti Omair Yousif Ahmed Al Muhairi ("the Principal Shareholders"), which permitted the Principal Shareholders to appoint a number of their nominees to the Board.
This is to do with shareholding shenanigans of Shetty et al and not operational - it is not surprising given the previous RNS re. Shetty
