I think soon as w are in march this will heat up and back to 9, 10p levels awaiting news on NXP002.
Cheers filter
Not sure, hope it's soon, don't know what the turn around is between collecting questions and briefing Dan what's coming. Will have a look how long it was last time they did this
Can someone please put the rocket up this share like NCYT!!
I am waiting for NFX to explode like that
You can put questions via Vox markets on Twitter, this directs to survey monkey.
Filter 29 when is the podcast please
My thinking also.GLA.
Can submit questions to Dan for a Vox markets podcast
Chablard get well soon
No worries - hope you get better quickly - you haven't been to China recently to demand our payment have you?
Sorry. Apology.

A commercial guy was important.
Interestng he has a brokerage background, view to.the eventual sale
AIM/ JD I agree it looks like a very savvy appointment both technically and financially, they have not thrown a lot of money his way, but given an incentive to make our SP bigger and make him a lot of money WHEN he and the team deliver.
I think Dan has grown a tougher skin over the last few months which is no bad thing.

He only benefits if the company SP increases from where it is, so I think it's a good deal for the company and if he brings his skills to the table and helps the growth, then he shares in the benefit, but as said, he still needs to buy those warrants, so all upside for us and no downside.
Chablard - not sure what you are on about - he has 3m warrants @6.75 - but he still has to pay for them they aren't just given to him.
He might have an excellent CV, but the conditions of his contract look far from demanding imo.
Let's see what he brings to the table rather than just remaining non exec for a year for his 200 grand
“The Warrants are exercisable from 17 February 2021 to 17 February 2023, at an exercise price of 6.75 pence per ordinary share.“
This is interesting, so he has 1 year to get the sp to a big number, before he can exercise them, if he wants his dough early.
you read my mind HaleSpur
Yep, the company know 6.75p is undervalued so ignore the noise if it ever goes below this and buy.
I think it’s a good incentive, he’s committing to work for free unless the SP goes up from yesterday’s SP!
“The Warrants are exercisable from 17 February 2021 to 17 February 2023, at an exercise price of 6.75 pence per ordinary share.“
The characteristic of his warrants that caught my eye was the relatively short life only 2 years from Feb 2021 to Feb 2023.
I capisce an exercise price of 6.75p
Warrants have to be paid for at the exercisable price by the warrant holder.
So, the incentive is we give you a load of warrants. If you make a difference and deliver for us you make a fortune! You need to pay a bit, but if we sell at 80p you make a shed load. Capisch?
Agree it is a good appointment, but why the cheap warrants, what happened to incentives?
Great fit for the company. Karl brings a mass of experience. Looking forward to the next few months now.
