Cheers soup , I found that but didn't think it was the official site .
It could use an upgrade
Hi Soupdragon, I do my research but I accept I will not have all the details the board had. I wish I had all the information and I find your research very helpful. I only think it is unfair to demand all those details to be public. The lack of information is part of the risk of the investment so it affects the valuation of the company but these details will get unravelled in the long term. The board seems competent and trustworthy based on previous results and that makes me confortable but I could be wrong since this is just my guess.
Valid Point about Ebers, at the end of the day Ebers whoever they are have made milestone payments to us !
Thats ithe mportant point for me!
Thanks Mana, I’m perfectly content with my position here in NFX. As I say I’m just curious and always try to find out more, particularly when the companies involved are closed private ones
Bgasensio. So you don’t do your own due diligence then?
For me I’m just curious as to who Ebers are. We know the company was set up and incorporated only the day before NFX announced the deal. I’m just intrigued as to where a new start up is getting 51m from.
Fully agree with whimax and cdub. There is no need to disclose all of that information, our partners could have many reasons to keep that private especially if they are investing in a controversial sector. Our BOD would have checked all those details as part of the due diligence for that kind of deal. They will also be backed by contracts protecting the IP in case of contract breach or default.
I’m really surprised with some comments in the last couple of days. The SP is 4x where it was a year ago and people are questioning the BOD? Not sure what other product can offer that type of return and still have the potential to continue growing. It is obvious most people have never worked in a corporate environment where deals, due diligence and bureaucracy take a long time and have never delegated as they need to micromanage the BOD... also they argue they have the right to do it as shareholders when the vast majority of holders are happy with (or part of) the BOD.
Whimax. Lots of private companies partic in finance have considerable amounts of info available about their activities & personnel because its needed by third parties, of course greengrocers & taxi drivers dont need a website. Long term investors like to know who their company is dealing with, if you dont thats up to you. MMs will play games whatever anyone posts on here, thats no reason not to ask questions.
Ebers is not some big commercial company its a small team of investment bankers (with lots of £ and $) looking to invest in cannabinoids, they want the molecules that are the most effective. The money is in the IP.
It’s a private company! It doesn’t even a need a website ffs. They are not answerable to anyone. I’m a sole trader and I don’t have a website.
People on here are looking for, and trying to create issues that aren’t there.
NO WONDER THE MM’s CAN PLAY THIS LIKE A FIDDLE WHENEVER THEY NEED TO LOL.
It would also be nice to know if Ebers have any capital or financial commitments from anyone. Six months after the NFX deal was announced all we have is a one page website, that states "..backed by leaders from the financial sector..".
Would disagree, what more does it need to do?
Can anyone please post ebers website , for some reason I cannot find it ,cheers
